I was working for a small medical office for over 10 years as an office manager with no future raises in sight as well as it being an unappreciated position no matter how much effort I placed in my work. Exact Staff is a place you should go when you are in need of work. Melissa assisted me when i went in to look for a job. I had just got laid off from my previous employer after 6 years due to new management and i was scared as a single mother on how i would be able to provide for my 3 kids and roof over their heads. I had a great experience with Exact Staff, I was very fortunate that I was assisted by the Staffing Supervisor Daniel Villalobos. One of the things that I was very pleased with is that he will explain everything to you and will make sure to find the perfect job for you that you feel comfortable in. Every time he send me out for an interview he always made sure to call me after the interview and asked me how it went. Great placement agency... I go to school. usually, I would call the company about 3 days before the semester is over so they can help me find a job so I can earn some money before I start a new semester. I called exact staff a week ago; I spoke to Tristen, I mentioned that I am a medical assistant and that I would like them to help me find a job in that field. Tristen asked me to email her my resume, she found me a job as a medical assistant in 4 business days. The position required a Covid test, so I went to the facility on Saturday morning, the receptionist needed extra information so I called Tristen's cell phone number, I was surprised that she answered her cell on Saturday, (Memorial day weekend). I recently became unemployed and started using employment agencies as a source in my job search. I had already signed up and registered with 4 different agencies in Fresno. Over the last few weeks my experience with them has not been very good. This past week I saw a posting on craigslist for a job fair. There is two way communication between the staffing supervisor and me, and he has kept me informed and up to date on the progress and any new prospects. Toni Kemp helped me find a job after I graduated college. I needed something that specialized in HR specifically. No one would really give me a chance because I had no experience.
