On a Monday, an associate from ultimate staffing reached out to me, Stephanie S. stating she had a couple positions I might be interested in. The same day, I responded back saying yes. We scheduled a zoom meeting for that afternoon. Everything seemed to go well she had two prospect employers sounded very promising. She said she was gonna send off my résumé to them and send a email blast to her colleagues. I emailed her Wed and Thur, with no responses. So, Friday I still hadn't heard from her, so I called. Her response was don't email because she won't answer, just text her. I asked about the two positions. She said one of them has Covid and the other one was doing employee position restructure. I said OK no worries. She also said she was gonna get out an email blast. I gave her a call, hadn't heard from her for a week, left vm. I missed your call when she called back. She left a very aggressive voicemail stating she had been in contact since our initial call I called her back. She didn't answer. Left a voicemail apologizing for the miscommunication and asked her to call me. It's been two weeks. haven't heard from her. Their value in client Service is very poor. I wouldn't recommend ultimate staffing. They could do better. read more

Lady was rude on the phone pretending that she could not find me in the system even though I was. Also, she kept misspelling my name and email repeatedly. On top of that, they completely ignored my indeed applications. read more

Within minutes of posting my resume on CareerBuilder, I was contacted and had an interview to come in scheduled the next available day (It was a Friday, my interview was Monday at 11am). Very informative over the phone in regards to what I needed to bring, easily contacted if any changes needed to be made. Entering the building you are greeted immediately, no waiting for the interview. They were very interested in what I had to offer, and again very informative. My resume has been sent to numerous companies, and already a spark of interest. If looking for work immediately, or if you need a little time, this is where I would go. I was referred to ultimate by a coworker from a previous job. She told me that they find you positions quick! So, I decided I would give it a try. From the moment I arrived they set me up to begin my initial application and history etc. They literally had several interviews for me the following week and by the second week I was able to land a job. Although it is a temporary position, I look forward to being able to build my skills through it. Hopefully after this position they will be able to find a direct hire opportunity I am eligible for. Owing to a prospective employer's hiring requirement, I was obligated to obtain a formal typing certificate. In order to obtain this I had to arrange to be tested at the last minute by calling this staffing agency last Friday just minutes before closing. I was blessed to have Ms. Lauren Archie pick up the phone. Despite the fact I'm certain she was eager to leave work on time that day, she was extraordinarily professional and polite. She had no problem scheduling me to come in first thing this morning. Unfortunately, owing to my own innate nervousness, I failed to adequately perform on my initial typing tests. Despite the fact I was preventing her from participating in a staff meeting, in addition to her other regular duties, she remained perfectly professional and polite. Ultimately she gave me the sage advice to go home, better prepare, and then come back later that day to retake the test. I did and I'm happy to say it all worked out. Spent about an 1-2 hours here working on their application. Great because they had a job opportunity open the next morning for Netafim, but damn did my husband do hard ass work. Another thing is that if you aren't the great your first time there, they will call you the next day lay you off!!! And you should get paid every Friday and it's been 2-3 days already and still my husband has not been paid. Not even a call back from them if a check was sent for him. A waste of 7.5 hr shift with Netafim! And a waste of time applying with them as well. Do not go here they do not help you at all! No other job opportunities not even a call back on openings! I was referred to the agency by my pastor and I was not disappointed. They initial process is a little tedious but I Applied and did my paperwork and almost immediately I had an interview for a great company and I got the job! The front office staff is kind of non existent because there is literally never anyone at the front desk but Lorena Rothberg is exceptional at her job! She's nice, caring, and very detail orientated.
