PrideStaff? Staff here has nothing to be proud of. I emailed them a copy of my resume in March asking to speak to a recruiter and no one responded back to me. I went in person to introduce myself and drop off my resume and the receptionist told me no one was available due to lunch. I offered to wait for a bit , because I wanted to put a face to a name/ resume and she said there was no eta on when anyone would be available. I still have not been contacted and that was over three weeks ago. This is unprofessional, and not how recruiters should be conducting themselves. Common courtesy is to at least give me a moment of their time to speak with me or email me to tell me something. I've been a recruiter for over 9 years, including at an agency and we were always trained to meet with all interested candidates. Even if it's a quick phone call or email saying " thank you, but we have nothing for you at the moment". Top talent should go to another agency that will treat you with more dignity and respect. read more

I was offered 100$ in exchange for 45/45 data analysis reviews and told to exchange crypto currencies with two people. Not sure if a full fledge scheme or what but crypto is involved and my information was given to a third party. Poor poor practice and shady business relationships and practices. I signed up online on 1/25/2026 I then called one of the pride staff locations about work I spoke with one of the ladies and she told me that they didn't wanna waste my time because I didn't have prior warehouse experience so basically they didn't wanna waste my time so basically dont call in for work because there won't be nothing they can do for me, I then called headquarters just to confirm and they told me the same thing because I didn't have the criteria experience meaning recent warehouse experience dont bother calling in because there ain't nothing the agency can do for me, I understand stand most agencies mainly have warehouse work available but there is also other type of work agencies can send you out for and there is plenty of companies that train you on sight, but I guess if you go through pride staff it doesn't work that way! BUMMER! Here i thought if you whent through an agency you would have better luck for work :( I guess my search continues for work and finding that one agency that sends you out for work regardless if you dont have prior experience. read more

I would give this agency 0 stars if I could and want to let people know not to engage with them. This place is a modern day slave trap and their actions should be illegal. They do not want to see people find permanent employment and will do everything necessary to stop this from happening. They pay minimum wages and will send a bill to any agency that attempts to hire you. While I understand the importance of temporary staffing agencies, my time using PrideStaff left me feeling uneasy about certain aspects of their operations. My employment recruiter Brittney W. did not inform me of a work opportunity and when she found out I got employment outside of PrideStaffing, she sent my employer. Britney did not own up to her communication error and wouldn't even allow an opportunity for me to speak with her superior to problem solve the situation. It's essential for employers and staffing agencies to ensure that employees' rights and well-being are prioritized and I do not believe my rights have been honored by this agency. I believe that there is room for improvement in the way PrideStaff manages their clients. Clearer communication and fair treatment, would greatly enhance the experience for both temporary employees and the agency itself. Their staff should be held accountable to their actions and should not be able to hinder people from finding employment outside of the agency. It almost feels like they've monopolized the warehouse industry in Fresno by stopping agencies from hiring people and requesting compensation when they do. This is illegal. I hope that PrideStaff takes these concerns seriously and works towards creating a more balanced and respectful work environment for all. read more

Do not recommend using Pridestaff in Fresno. I've reached out to the company multiple times, also having a phone appt set up with Alaina after our first initial email. She never called at the designated time which was about 3 weeks or so ago. Since then I have reached out to her via email multiple times to reschedule, and also called and was transferred to her phone and left a message to reschedule another call. Never received a call back even after leaving my phone number in the voicemail. I was eager to get help from PrideStaff with employment but wasn't even able to get a call back or email from Alaina. Sad to see that this is the staff you have at this location. Will be looking elsewhere. read more

Honestly I had high hopes for this company my husband was with them a few years ago and he told me to go to them ... I called to ask them there process took my information and I was told they will give me a call. Over a week had passed and nothing so I called to see if I missed something or I did something wrong . They put me on hold and got me to a recruiter she basically told me they ONLY had warehouse jobs and THATS ALL they can offer me. I told her if there was anything else, because I was not looking for a warehouse job and literally said NO that is all they have to offer , okay bye bye . I've been with Pride staff for roughly 2 months and let me tell you their services and professionalism is SUPERB! They're on it! Reliable, understanding, and they really show that they care! There's no need for them to tell you "Hey, we care about you and your employment needs" they're all action! Kirsti in Fresno does a phenomenal job and she takes pride in her work hence "pride" staff. Their name express's her efforts in her job! Their crew is amazing as well! I have nothing but great things to say about them, I'd recommend, and have recommended friends and family to join them! theres alot of posting on craigslist and indeed that they're hiring. note:you have to have at least 6 month recent work experience for the position you are applying for. for instance: housekeeping and they are hiring for warehouse. they will not work with you unless its warehouse experience.. from my personal experience, but happy job hunting. read more

People all talk so good about their service and how nice they are blah blah. Kris told my husband he was gonna start the next coming week got me and the kids so excited. He waited and waited never recieved a call, so he decided to call them back but now a different lady say she was in charge of that account not her and now Krystal is telling my husband if he was still up to that job he said yes. Waited like another week no call. Called and ask for some updates about the job but the lady at front said she was away from her desk can he leave a message and now they dont even want to talk to him. I've been working through PrideStaff for some years, and never had a bad experience with them. It wasn't until recently that I had several shady issues with this company, including being treated unfairly. Chris, told me if I completed the 90 day probation period, I would be permanent, but that was a lie. I worked over 5 months through PrideStaff, and they would not let the company hire me "milking me." Next, I found out my coworker got hired on with the company only after working there a MONTH! Lastly, I was fired through a text message that was sent on a Sunday (very unprofessional) based on an alleged argument I had with the receptionist. PrideStaff nor the company never tried to resolve this matter by conducting a meeting. I feel this was discrimination since I was the only African American male working there. In addition, I was very disappointed when I called to speak with the district manager "Shawn" and his solution to me being fired was "go register with another company." I am appalled that they can even claim they are a staffing company. I am a vet of six years and a recent graduate. I entered their office for a job fair, and was basically told that I don't meet their requirements. Referring me to a job would be a waste of time to their companies. read more

This is the worst place possible to ask for assistance for locating a job, if you require more than the average $12 or $13 an hour. My representative was Kirsti, I would not recommend her to find you a job any time quick if you need your pay above the average. My friend that I worked with on previous job worked with Kris, now from what I could tell, she did her job and did it well. But, when my friend got a better job and moved on from the job that Kris had found for him, he recommended me to them as a replacement. I never heard anything about that nor do they ever call me with "a" job, let alone multiple jobs. You are required to call them up every Monday and ask if they have something for you. Excuse me, but isn't this a job search place, they should be contacting you instead. Would not go here ever again, not helpful in the least, have not found 1 job for me in 3 months, have better luck using web job search engines. read more
