My niece was temporarily living in Ocala and we needed to fly her home for a funeral the following week. I did a Google search for shuttle services and found Signature Shuttle. I called to get a quote from Ocala to MCO- Orlando Airport and the rate they offered was competitive. However, between the cost for the last minute flights and airport transfer service, it was more than my niece could afford. I asked them if they knew of any shared van service and the man I spoke with gave me a referral. I thanked him and told him how appreciative I was - especially since RFX Airport Transfer Services told me that they 'did not refer their competitors' and hung up on me. We used signature shuttle to bring our guests to our wedding location from the hotel we used. They were fantastic! I was initially nervous because as some other reviews have pointed out, they do not take a deposit and provide you a contract. However, they did give me a quote and invoice and always responded in a timely manner when I contacted them. Come the day of our wedding the coach bus we requested was waiting right on time in front of our hotel lobby. The bus was not brand new but it was clean and air conditioned and also had a bathroom which came in handy. The driver was friendly and accommodating and got our guests back and forth between the wedding and hotel quickly and safely, all at what I would consider a great price! I haven't had the need for a taxi for about 15 yrs but recently I needed medical services that required someone else drive me home, which meant I also needed someone to get me there, too. I used Signature Shuttle for two trips a month apart. The first time I called, the kind driver told me how to do a time call. A day before I needed to be at the surgery center I called Sharon and asked for a pickup the next morning, fairly early. She was there on time, was friendly and careful and very considerate. The cab was very clean. We had a good time chatting about our families. This happened for both appointments, and needless to say, I was more relaxed when I got to the surgery than I had been before. I had a a Doctors Appt. in town and went to leave but my car would not start. I Google taxi and Signature Taxi was the first on the list so I called and they showed up within about 15 minutes. I was impressed to see that the car was spectacularly immaculate and I especially liked it being smoke free. I was truly a wonderful surprised to see a woman driver , Her name was Franny very kind and courteous :)... I was worried about it being some weird guy... :( .. My Appt. was only about 6 miles away and the fare came up to about $ 20.00 .. When my Appt. was over I called Signature Taxi back and they gave me a 15-20 minute wait but showed up in 10 minutes. Franny was kind enough to stop the meter early and it saved me a few dollars being it was a round trip. A few dollars being saved is better then 0 dollars being saved. Thanks so much Signature Taxi. While looking for shuttle services to transfer guests to and from my upcoming wedding, Signature Taxi was one of the first to show in my search. They had the kind of mini buses I was looking for so right away I called. I got an answer on the first try and spoke with someone in regards to the services we wanted. The prices were good and the guy seemed like he knew what he was talking about, as they do events like this often. He told me they do not require a deposit, but that they would be there and we could talk in more detail once we got RSVPs to see exactly how many guests would need shuttling. This was about 4 months ago. Since then, I have spoken to someone twice to request a confirmation, invoice, SOMETHING with their name, our names, the date, time and what they would be doing, on a piece of paper. I was promised to receive one via email right away. Days later, nothing. Weeks later, still nothing. I have emailed at least twice since then and called and left a message and have gotten NO replies. Needless to say, we will not be using them. I don't know of any bride or groom who would be comfortable with using a company that cannot even give you any sort of confirmation. Disappointed! read more
