The first time I did the regular cool sculpt with the regular nozzle for my lower abdomen which definitely worked! It was not painful and there was definitely fat loss in the area. The second time I did the pro nozzle that Megan recommended. This procedure it longer, a little more painful and does a larger area for the same price. This worked even better! My stomach had such great results that Juvly wanted to use my photos on their site. I've tried micro needling recently and that made my skin dry. Multiple micro needling sessions need to be done every other month to show improvements in skin texture and elasticity. The classic facial and hydra facial are my favorite facials by far! The hydra facial makes my dry skin more radiant and my glowing results last for over a week. I've had my lips injected and wrinkle relaxers done. I expressed my history with dysport, saying I really liked what was done before, I couldn't remember how many units we used the last time so we (myself and the NP) even called my old dermatologist to see, it was 21 units of dysport. After almost an hour of consultation, explicitly expressing to Michal how I wanted to do as minimal as possible and not have the "freeze" effect, she continued to tell me that she does not recommend dysport, strongly encourages people to not use dysport and to use Botox instead due to it being more "localized" so it won't spread out through your face (which sounds reasonable so I trusted her to switch to botox). Then, she tells me I need a minimum of 24 units. I said, "wait, don't they compare 3 units of dysport to 1 unit of Botox?" (Botox is stronger or something), and she assured me that, no, this will achieve the very subtle effect that I am looking for "trust me". I did not feel right about it, considering we literally heard my old dermatologist say 21 units of dysport, and now this lady is pushing me to get 24 of a stronger substance, but I said "okay, I'm trusting you, just know I do NOT want frozen facial expressions, this is very important to me". Well guess what happened..... can't move my eyebrows for 3 months. I was so upset and felt stupid because I knew she was trying to push a certain amount and despite my rebuttals, I went with her suggestion, against my gut. Never again, please anyone reading, don't let people push you into altering your face more than you are comfortable with. I really hope this lady will consider my words and treat the next customer with a little more understanding and prioritize THEIR wishes over monetary gains.

Dr. Cheung was initially recommended to me by my oncologic surgeon, and after consulting with…read moreseveral plastic surgeons, I ultimately chose him because of the strong recommendations and reputation. Unfortunately, my reconstruction became complicated by infection, seroma, and skin necrosis. I understand now that these complications can happen in breast reconstruction, even with experienced surgeons, but at the time I was terrified and felt very vulnerable after already going through cancer treatment. When I was told my expander needed to be removed, I returned to the office and realized the procedure was planned to be done there rather than in a hospital setting. I panicked. After everything that had happened, I no longer felt comfortable proceeding outside of a hospital and asked multiple times if it could be done there. I was told that was not an option. As the infection worsened over the following days, I contacted several other surgeons. Most did not want to take over another surgeon's case, but eventually another doctor agreed to help me and removed the expander in the hospital. That decision made me feel much safer emotionally and physically during an extremely difficult time. To be fair, Dr. Cheung did offer immediate implant reconstruction revision and was honest with me about the increased failure risk after infection. I appreciate that honesty. However, by that point, I had lost confidence and no longer felt emotionally supported in my care. I was also told my anxiety was contributing to the situation, which may have been true -- but after a cancer diagnosis and serious infection, my fear felt understandable. I am sharing my experience not to attack anyone, but because I think communication, compassion, and making patients feel safe are incredibly important in cancer reconstruction. A surgeon may have many excellent reviews and still not be the right fit for every patient. Right now I am struggling emotionally with how I look after losing my reconstruction, and this entire experience has been very painful. I simply hope future patients feel fully informed, heard, and supported throughout their journey.
