Have been searching for someone to make some custom seat brackets for our van. We have been searching for over a month. I literally went down the list on the yellow pages and googled fabricators. Most places only handle large jobs, no custom work (we only needed 4 pieces of steel). On Friday, I called Quality Fabrication talked to Louis and described what I needed. He said sure, we can do that for you. So I headed right over. I showed him what I needed. I was prepared to pay a fortune and have to wait for a few days for delivery. Boy was I wrong! He said, "If you want to wait I can have them ready in about 20 minutes. I just need to take some measurments." Not only did he make the brackets on the spot! He didn't charge me a fortune! They were a perfect fit!! As luck would have it on Saturday we realized we needed an additional 2 brackets. Didn't think Louis would be in. We called him and he returned our call. We met him at the shop he made us two new brackets and made sure that they fit. Talk about customer service. So pleased with the work!! Our seats swivel so smooth!! Thank you Louis. You are the best! Second I was pleased with the professionalism of his arrival, it was on time and he was very charismatic with a great sense of humor and people skills. He also had to remove some boards from our gate to get it out, and everything was put back just as it was.
