The parking lot has some smaller pot holes but the vacuums were strong. I called during their listed business hours and they answered the phone on the 3rd ring. 2. Scheduling was easy and I was able to get a quote over the phone. 3. I arrived for my 10am appointment and Damian arrived on time for it. 4. Damian explained my options, and performed the service efficiently and correctly. 5. Damian explained my warranty to me and reminded me to retain both my warranty card and my receipt. 6. Fees were reasonable and the lifetime warranty is a nice bonus. I took my 2025 Lincoln Corsair here to have the front two windows and windshield tinted. It should…read morehave been a simple job, which is why this whole experience is so frustrating. After the first install on 4/24 we noticed several imperfections in the tint and brought it to their attention. Tint was not cut straight, larger on one side than the other. They agreed to fix it and had me come back Friday 5/1. I picked the car up again, and by Saturday 5/2 morning, the tint still had noticeable issues. At that point, it's clear there is little to no quality control in place. When I brought up the additional imperfections, we were told it was our fault for not pointing them out earlier--which is not how quality control should work. I brought it back again expecting it to finally be handled properly. Instead, I was told I need to wait until Thursday to get back on the schedule. Thursday appt didn't work for my schedule and was given no other date. A vehicle should not need to go back a third time for a basic window tint job. What made it worse was the interaction with the employee. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, and what should have been a straightforward conversation turned into a heated argument just to get them to take the issue seriously. Along with manger never getting out from behind the desk on 5/2 to see yet again another problem with the job. The job wasn't done right or to my satisfaction. At that point, I asked them to remove the tint which was and option while talking outside but all of sudden when in front of the owner that was now not an option. On top of that, I noticed a scratch on the door that wasn't there before the work was done. We pointed it out, and it was immediately denied without any real effort to investigate. Overall, this experience showed a pattern of problems: Multiple failed attempts to fix poor-quality work Conflicting information from the shop Zero quality control Blaming the customer instead of owning mistakes Delays for a simple service Disrespectful customer interaction Refusal to refund No accountability for damage I would not recommend going here. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want the job done right and handled professionally.

I spent a lot of time researching where to have auto window tinting done. I can save you the time…read moreand trouble now, because Clermont Auto Spa did an awesome job on my Nissan yesterday. I needed the tinting removed from the rear windshield and replaced. I had done enough research to know that removing deteriorated tinting is a delicate process. I also got wax and an exterior detail. My car is gorgeous. I had to get a new battery today, and the shop owner could not believe how clean it was under the hood. I will definitely be returning to Clermont Auto Spa, as they have my highest recommendation.
