At first I thought the paper napkins up front would be disappointing, but was pleasantly surprised. They actually held up and are pretty strong. Nice to know the towel I'm using is fresh vs. not knowing who did what to it before I got there. The service was great, Gaby explained everything clearly. I didn't get the unlimited this time, I wanted to see first, but I may next time. The wash was good the used the pressure washer on the front to get a lot of the bugs off before I went through the wash. Car came out shiney and the tires looked great! The parking lot has some smaller pot holes but the vacuums were strong. I was surprised when one of their employees came to me to ask if I had time to rewash to get more of the bugs off, I hadn't even said anything to anyone! Top knotch. This place is amazing! read more

This has been a really wonderful experience having a membership here at Johnny clean car wash that is on Hiawassee and John Young Parkway. Ryan especially is super awesome; very professional. He helped me out and I felt very much like a valued customer dealing with him. I'm not sure what his title is with the company, but I definitely would've thought he was the manager in the way he handled business with me. I very much appreciate him and the rest of the staff at this establishment. I've had a membership to three different places around town; kind of shopping around, and I've made the final decision... not only because of the service that I've received at Johnnys, but also because they have hours open from 7 AM to 9 PM which makes complete sense for the average working person.. thank you Ryan and the rest of the staff at Johnny's.. you have gained a loyal customer.. I would recommend this car wash above Waters and Mister. Plus, they have different options for the amount of money you want to spend on a monthly if you decide to do the unlimited whereas I've noticed other places are a little more pricier and way less friendlier. And just a sidenote, all of their vacuums have worked so far and I cannot say the same about the other two places that I have tried. read more

They dont have cleaning products at the vacuum stations. Not even microfiber towels. The car wash itself was just like any other car wash- nothing special. It is cheaper than the other ones in the area but like i said, not even glass cleaner is offered. Solid 2 starts. read more

They do not provide anything to help with the car cleaning process. They don't provide towels or even any spray to clean the interior.

Johhny Clean gave me a free premium car wash ($20 value) through a promotion on Facebook. Redeeming the coupon was easy and the crew member, who helped me, was very polite and friendly. I have an unlimited membership with another carwash in the area, but may be switching because Johnny's did a better job of cleaning my car IMO. The only thing that would make Johnny's better is if they provided Windex and cleaning cloths. Also, Johnny's vacuums are super sucky, but I prefer the slim nozzle that easily slides between seats. read more

Jonny clean carwash has become my husbands favorite car wash. He likes that it is a clean facility, seldom overcrowded and has very friendly staff. our car always comes out looking very clean and shiny. Thank you guys for keeping your facility so welcoming. Went through after a weekend trip. It did not do a good job. It did not get the bug guts off the car, which I can kind of understand, but it also did not get general dirt off of my car. The free vacuums were pretty powerful though so that is a plus. read more

If you wanna get a membership for a car wash, then come here. If you just wanna pay to get your car washed and go on your way, avoid this place. The employees are menaces, to say the least, in getting you to purchase a membership you don't want. Being direct and saying I'm here for one wash, and that's it doesn't seem to get the job done either. You'll have to sit through two sales pitches repeatedly saying, "I just want the one wash, that's all." Definitely a great way to ruin a basic car wash experience. read more

Tell the stupid girl at the front of the car wash to not spray foam on my windshield if she is trying to guide you in and let you know to put your vehicle in neutral. I don't appreciate her banging on my window. Furthermore the wash is mediocre for what you pay for. What is this tire shine and wheel bright you advertise? There is nothing bright or shining about my tires or wheels. A 10$ wash at a gas station does a better job. And I don't get people banging on my window. Pathetic. read more

Great customer service! Went for a wash today and was gifted a free premium wash from the manager for having a slight wait in line. Clean property and a free vacuum area for self cleaning after your wash. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is I didn't see any towels for drying your car or cleaning windows, didn't see any window cleaner, and no pre-scrub area to get bugs off before the wash. I have been going to Johnny clean car wash for quite some time now with a membership and never had an issue but for some reason or another yesterday while going through the wash, my antenna was broken clean off of my vehicle. When speaking to Ricardo, who was the apparent supervisor at the moment, I was told that it was my fault that the antenna broke off stating that it should've been removed when there are no clear signs stating otherwise, and then giving me appalling excuses as to why they were not responsible, even though their mechanism is what broke my antenna off of my vehicle. He even went to say that they could have changed one of the mechanisms to not activate as to not possibly have this issue happen, which is even more asinine because that option was never told nor offered yet he expects it to be common knowledge. I canceled my membership and will never return to another one of their locations for their irresponsibility to their customers read more

Justin the manager is very condescending. Justin the manager is very disrespectful. The car in front of us jumped the track and hit our car twice. Justin the manager wanted to brush it under the carpet and make sure everything was just nice nice. And on top of that they never even sprayed my car for bugs so it's still dirty. So I got a 2018 Grand Cherokee a few weeks ago and decided it was time to get a wash. Got the wash and when I got home the car was scraped. I'm absolutely pissed off about this. I will be reporting this to the bbb because it's crazy how you think you can support businesses like this for this to happen. They get a 2 star from me because if you have a older car or something with scratches on it already then you are good to go but brand new cars or any car where you value your paint then stay away. ok. so I'll preface this review with the statement that I was asked to leave a review in return for a free premium wash. This was great because I was only going to get the basic. This was my second time coming here since it's opening because I don't usually use automatic car washes (scratches the paint) but I do so on occasion when I need a quick cheap wash so I don't have high expectations to begin with when using any of these automatic washes. The wash itself is typical of any of these types of washes. it did a fair job of cleaning my car and a decent job of cleaning my tires and rims. If you're looking for game changing tire cleaning then you need to either get a detail or do it yourself in my opinion. is this the best automatic wash in Orlando, No! The free vacuum service has just that. No free window cleaner and rags to detail the inside of your car like other places and honestly the "no loud music" policy always feels racially driven, especially after I watched a young lady loudly play her music for what felt like an eternity and no one said anything then when a gentlemen pulled up in a black Benz who happened to be of a darker persuasion, he was asked to turn it down. Be equally fair in the enforcement. Don't pick and choose. Would I return here? Only if I needed a quickie and was in the area. We all know quickies hold no real sentimental value and are only used to satisfy a need or urge. read more

This place has the best car wash ever! My car looked brand new and whatever they use on the tires just makes them shine, shine, shine. They have a lot of coupons and promotions, facebook, Val Pak and others. Their vacuums are amazing. Very busy Saturday when I went through but the line moved well. Will be back! read more
