Amazing -- Amazing -- Amazing…read more My fiancé tore his rotator cuff in three places. He was in extreme and excruciating pain and not able to lift his arm. He would not consider surgery as he is self-employed, and could not take off a year to recoup. After reading Tony Robbins book, he heard about PRP (no surgery) and how it was offered at the physical medicine and rehabilitation center (thanks to Peg DelVillar) we came to the center to meet Dr. Pavel and Dr. Ahmad. After meeting both of them we knew this was the place we would get this taken care of. The procedure took two hours tops. After the first week after doing the PRP it was extremely hard and painful (don't give up). On the ninth day, he felt so much better and was able to lift his arm over his head. (It was night and day) He could not believe the difference. Since this was done exactly 4 weeks ago he is 85 to 90% better and getting better every day. We can't thank all of you for your support and helping Jeff feel like himself again. We would like to give a huge shout out to Dr. Patel and Dr. Ahmad for helping him. They reached out to make sure he was feeling better and answer any questions. We give them 12 stars. Amazing facility and the staff is amazing as well. Thank you Karen and Jeff.

This was a major inconvenience to me since I was already on the bus to Fort Lee when I decided to call just to confirm. I had organized my afternoon so that I could be in fort lee for my meeting so it was very frustrating to find out 30 minutes prior to the meeting that the doctor decided to leave due to what he called a "emergency with his daughter." Whether this was real or not, his office could've called me to inform me of this change. His response over the phone when I called him was: "I had an emergency. Come at 5:30 or leave." Wow. So rude. Instead of apologizing for his last-minute change of schedule and asking if some other time would work, he demanded that I excuse him for his "emergency" and shouted at me, telling me to go somewhere else or wait until 5PM. His attitude was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. When I called him out on his rude behavior, he criticized me and made a derogatory comment about my being on medicaid. I posted a photo of our exchange. Rodgers, take a class on customer service and bigotry. Avoid this place. Went to a chiropractor down the street. So much happier with their well trained and professional staff and doctors.

I finally asked to get switched to Dr. Kwon and I am so happy I was switched. Dr. Kwon is soooo kind and thorough with details. I had a kidney transplant and when I would go before to see Dr. Shin, I felt rushed and as though none of the major issues and changes were even being taken into consideration. it felt like she was just seeing me so she can fill a refill as quickly as possible. I cancelled twice because of transplant issues and she just said she's not gonna see me any more and I can book with a different provider. I told her I wasn't even trying to book with her, but she doesn't care. She has horrible bedside manner. Dr. Kwon on the other hand, checks every box and addresses the most minor detail. if you want a great and kind doctor, book for Dr. Kwon. if you want a doctor checking her texts during your appointment, I guess Dr. Shin will do. It would have been a 1 star review, but Dr. Kwon turned it into 4! I had to subtract the 1 for the horrible treatment from before. Lol.
