Amazing -- Amazing -- Amazing…read more My fiancé tore his rotator cuff in three places. He was in extreme and excruciating pain and not able to lift his arm. He would not consider surgery as he is self-employed, and could not take off a year to recoup. After reading Tony Robbins book, he heard about PRP (no surgery) and how it was offered at the physical medicine and rehabilitation center (thanks to Peg DelVillar) we came to the center to meet Dr. Pavel and Dr. Ahmad. After meeting both of them we knew this was the place we would get this taken care of. The procedure took two hours tops. After the first week after doing the PRP it was extremely hard and painful (don't give up). On the ninth day, he felt so much better and was able to lift his arm over his head. (It was night and day) He could not believe the difference. Since this was done exactly 4 weeks ago he is 85 to 90% better and getting better every day. We can't thank all of you for your support and helping Jeff feel like himself again. We would like to give a huge shout out to Dr. Patel and Dr. Ahmad for helping him. They reached out to make sure he was feeling better and answer any questions. We give them 12 stars. Amazing facility and the staff is amazing as well. Thank you Karen and Jeff.

Disorganized and unprofessional. I was scheduled to come in at a certain time and when I called…read morethem to confirm, they said that the doctor was coming in at a different time. This was a major inconvenience to me since I was already on the bus to Fort Lee when I decided to call just to confirm. I had organized my afternoon so that I could be in fort lee for my meeting so it was very frustrating to find out 30 minutes prior to the meeting that the doctor decided to leave due to what he called a "emergency with his daughter." Whether this was real or not, his office could've called me to inform me of this change. His response over the phone when I called him was: "I had an emergency. Come at 5:30 or leave." Wow. So rude. Instead of apologizing for his last-minute change of schedule and asking if some other time would work, he demanded that I excuse him for his "emergency" and shouted at me, telling me to go somewhere else or wait until 5PM. His attitude was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. When I called him out on his rude behavior, he criticized me and made a derogatory comment about my being on medicaid. I posted a photo of our exchange. Rodgers, take a class on customer service and bigotry. Avoid this place. Went to a chiropractor down the street. So much happier with their well trained and professional staff and doctors.

### Regarding Physical Therapy…read more I came in July to work on my shoulder. I couldn't do a pull up anymore or a full range pushup without severe discomfort. Previous effort helped normalize the pain, but I didn't make great progress on my own. I started with doubt that I could recover range and ability. Within 2 months of work so far, Taylor has stepped the programming based on his observations of my current ability. Just when I thought I was getting used to the work, he pulled the line. I was able to, as part of the regular programming able to do a pushup off the floor with disbelief. The same goes with a pull up as well. His decades of experience works you, as long as you give it a chance, consistently. ### Regarding Group Fitness Class The daily group classes are in a place of itself. It will introduce you to movements that you may not do well, increase your mobility and cardio fitness. There are many levels of people who participate, all growing together. The programming is well thought out and structured. Highly recommend as I have taken the dive fitting this into my various routines. Since the free trial, I am definitely moving differently compared to the extreme difficulty I had initially. I thought I had some kind of fitness, but this exposed me to challenge me. Living proof! Lets go!
