Imagine getting misdiagnosed and then sued 4 years later. Meanwhile the guy who owns it gets imported Italian marble floors but is out here suing his patients. Stay far away from this conglomerate. We bring our rotator cuffs, knee replacements and a host of other ailments and they are all treated wonderfully. Then we go on our way to trip or fall or break or tear something else. I have had difficult surgery involving a combined ankle fracture and a leg fracture. This is my "best" injury yet. After 3 visits I had a problem for the first time. I should have called right away but failed to do so. I finally spoke with Joe and all has been quickly resolved. He is extremely knowledgeable. He always aims for the most professional care. Site administrator is condescending and arrogant. Practice intentionally waited 8 days before sending my medical records through the mail. Direct quote from site administrator, "We retract ALL MEDICAL ADVICE we gave you." While Dr. Pierce comes off as a nice person, his company does not mirror this by their actions. Managers for the doctors are atrocious and are emotionally vapid. They have zero interest in the care of their patients. Avoid this practice at all costs.
