I was promptly assessed and treated after a very thorough and full review of the onset and history of this condition. It has been noted that a series of low dose medications are quite helpful in addressing the issue and I was prescribed these. Since continuing on these medications, my lower back pain has subsided greatly. I was referred on to an Endocrinologist to further assess any difficulties I may be experiencing as a result of this virus. I cannot adequately express my gratitude enough to Dr. Pandey and his wonderful staff for the very kind and professional treatment that they exhibited in caring for me. The doctor and his staff coordinate extremely well together ensuring total care of their patients. They are wonderful and caring people. I most highly recommend the Kayal team to anyone and everyone needing highly competent and professional experience and excellence for any orthopedic concerns they may be experiencing as they offer care for all orthopedic patients. Many, many thanks to all!!! Brenda Pirone

Garnished my wages, and sued me over a 20k medical bill I didn't even know I had. Want to know what that bill was for? An MRI, EGG test, some cortisone shots, an 2 X-rays. Imagine getting misdiagnosed and then sued 4 years later. Meanwhile the guy who owns it gets imported Italian marble floors but is out here suing his patients. Stay far away from this conglomerate. My small town orthopedic correctly diagnosed me with GOUT with blood work and have been fine ever since, something kayal never even thought of.

This office is not their only one - Dr. Arup Bhadra also goes to Monroe office. I would find a more honest provider elsewhere. Also, it's true they don't answer their phones - they have a messaging service and they will not call you back. You have to be physically in the office to get anything done.

The 2020 operation was supposed to be a simple matter involving the removal of a neuroma in my foot. It not only became infected but required five months for the less than one inch incision to heal. He prescribed an antibiotic, which was contraindicated with my other medications that he had been made aware of over the past many years. Halfway through watching the incisions, [He and his PA did not really treat the incision except for putting in two stitches, which were removed a week later because they hurt.], he sent me to the local hospital's wound care center where I was treated for about two-and one-half months by an excellent Podiatrist who did a great deal to effect healing. The Podiatrist also ordered a carton of medical supplies so that I could help with the process. After all of my prior surgeries with Dr. Kraushaar I was NOT charged for post-operative visits. This time he charged me my co-pay, which totaled $158.58, for the useless visits. I wrote two comprehensive letters delineating the reasons I thought that I should not pay. Both letters were ignored, and I was billed. Not only were the visits unsuccessful at healing me, but the surgery also did not work, I still have pain and a post-operative MRI showed that the neuroma was probably still there.
