From the start, everything was so easy, the staff was so kind, and the therapists not only experts in what they do, but also empathetic. When I first called to book an appointment, their office manager took my insurance information, called them herself to verify my coverage, and then called me back to give me the rundown. I had my initial consult and evaluation with James, who walked me through his recommended treatment plan to address an old shoulder injury and diastasis recti. He's incredibly patient and knowledgeable and provided me with tips and tools outside of therapy, so I could continue down my fitness journey, without causing reinjury to my shoulder or exasperating my diastasis recti. I was working on recovering from a ligament issue and among several other modalities I chose to explore this one. I called to check on their technique and approach. The PT seemed annoyed that I had questions. He wanted me to rely on the website description only. I found the communication style very strange. I thought that this may be a stylistic thing. One can overlook stylistic matters if the competency is there. During my 1st visit I realized that the therapist had a very rough demeanor. I tried 2-3 sessions over the course of 30-45 days and I must say that I have yet to come across such a brazen and rude service provider. I have come across far more knowledgeable people who guide their patients and have decent communication skills. They also advise them what to do after the session or in their day to day in terms of exercise and so forth. There were no instructions provided to me except for repeated confrontational conversation. In addition, if I will ask a question instead of a response I will get a convoluted drivel with no head and tail. Before a session, he would ask questions and then refute his question. That is his technique of refining his questions and improving himself. To give an example, I was asked after my 3rd session, "how do you feel?" I responded, "much better". Since I had been taking my other personal exercise classes and practising other modalities that were helping me out I was feeling much better Rather than being pleased with my progress as well as self work to improve the condition, I was told, "how do you know that?" When I responded, I was told that's not what he was asking. He constantly refutes himself and would waste your time in conflicting analysis / rude commentary and unrelated analogies / examples. It's like someone is engaged in loud self talk and in unbalanced. On my very recent visit, I decided to cut my trip short when I saw the past few visits' trend repeating. I have previously tried several holistic therapy places and have come across extremely competent and decent holistic service providers who know how to communicate. Here, I was left with a very distasteful experience.

Out of all of the different physical therapy locations I visited, none actually caused any amount of pain relief other than Manual Physical Therapy. I used to leave PT with more pain but not with Nachum. With each appointment, I left with better results. To be honest, initially, I was shocked because reducing my pain hadn't been an easy task for doctors and therapists alike. Nachum did it with such ease, my one wish is that I was told about him earlier. Thankfully, I was recommended by a family member who had similar results. Her unbearable bone pain was GONE after a few sessions with Nachum. As an experienced patient who has seen plenty of physical therapy offices, if you're suffering and in need of an excellent physical therapist, don't pass this place up. You won't regret it.

She was redirected to another center and after that it was a free-for-all. I had constant changes in my therapist, often people who were assistants and not real therapist, and then they decided when they were through giving me physical therapy not my doctor. The workers seemed bored with their work but not each other. As a result eight months later, almost 9 I'm having to get a private Ph.d therapist. Too sick to question their lack of caring, I'm very disappointed with Professional Physical Therapy. All the right equipment, no continuity in my case. I would say that they better clean up their act and assign one therapist to one patient. It appears that they're trying to do too many things at one time which did not give continuity to me and as a result, I'm stuck with a stiff knee several months later. My doctor should have made the decision to release me. PS: not all the therapist seem happy, but seem to like to get around with each other more than Pay attention to the continuity for the patient. Without naming other establishments this one goes above and beyond to make sure my issues are addressed in the best possible manner. Tony is my go to therapist, he's personable, compassionate, and really takes time to work with me. He makes sure each exercise is done correctly to be the most effective. He doesn't force anything that is too painful, which I can't say about other establishments. Although my issues are pretty bad, he without a doubt helps me relieve some of the pain. If you don't use Tony there are some other great therapist too, they are never understaffed! Best part is they are open 6 days a week which is super accommodating for my work schedule. I couldn't recommend EPTG any more. I highly suggest giving them a shot if you're looking for a therapist!!
