TheraPhysical has been a life changing experience for me. I underwent a very painful back surgery for spinal stenosis last July. Though the surgery was deemed successful I suffer with residual neck and back pain to the point where it is difficult at times to get out of bed. I was fearful I would never experience a pain free day again until I started therapy at TheraPhysical. Without a doubt my physical therapist Julia has been a gift from God. She has a remarkable understanding about the body and has provided me with invaluable suggestions to alleviate my pain as well as performing her hands on therapy. I have been to other physical therapy groups and have never received the tireless treatment I receive from Julia. In addition my husband also suffers from neck and back pain. He too had a wonderful experience with this facility. The staff is always so positive and uplifting which is necessary when one is undergoing a painful time. Upon entering the facility one is greeted by Janet who is such a friendly and sweet individual. She is also accommodating when scheduling appointments and will do whatever she can to assist with insurance issues as well. I look forward to my physical therapy appointments because I know I am in good hands and always leave feeling well cared for. TheraPhysical is a superb group of dedicated physical therapists who strive for excellence in patient care. Every time I walk in the door I am always greeted by Janet who is always smiling and a courteous staff which starts the encounter in a positive way. I'm escorted to the treatment area or exercise area by the therapists promptly. The physical therapists are so professional, caring and empathetic to all my needs. They are wonderful and very knowledgeable and take all the necessary precautions in diagnosing you. They go above and beyond to make sure your treatment is accurate and that you are receiving the best possible care. Maggie, Julia and Roman are wonderful physical therapists who have a true calling and passion to their patients. They are thorough and informative. Personally, I look forward to visits. The way that I am treated and how they recognize me and my symptoms is extremely professional. The office is also kid friendly. TheraPhysical is the best physical therapy facility I have seen in years. I sincerely recommend the Lyndhurst or Garfield location to anyone who needs physical therapy. Best physical therapy ever. I have been to over a dozen facilities, and this is THE BEST. I have been coming here since my microdiscectomies in my lower back and I am so blessed to have met Maggie. She is attentive to patients' needs, does whatever she can to make you feel better and feel welcomed, and she really just wants to make you better. And the best thing is, I can say the same about the other two ladies in the office. They will work with you to provide you the best quality health care. I have been to three different facilities in Lyndhurst, and these ladies are the best. They don't give you a difficult time with billing and they are attentive to your needs as a patient and as a human being. read more

Probably the best therapy I had. Maggie knows who you are coming in. She remembers you no matter how long your last visit was. I was there for therapy at first. And she was able to help me with my knee pain. Unfortunately my primary doctor miss diagnosed and I needed knee surgery, but I received more calls from Maggie checking up on me than I did the doctor who performed my surgery. She makes sure that you are 100 percent and my recovery has become enjoyable and easy with her. The best. I definitely would recommend thera physical to anybody who needs help. I was referred to TheraPhysical by my doctor, because he said the therapist was "compassionate". Well.. he was right! Maggie understood the reason for my pain, and developed a 2-step plan: a) ease the problem causing the pain, and b) build up the muscles to avoid it happening again. She works with my work schedule and helps ease my discomfort. After some recent minor surgery, my wife needed physical therapy, too. There's no other option. She needs someone with compassion. After a car accident I was in significant pain. I though I will never walk again then I met Danielle at TheraPhysical. She took excellent care of me. She asked me how this happened and when, as I really like her individual approach to every patient. She was very gentle at the beginning and then she let me do more challenging exercises.
