What kind of hate do you have to have in your heart to leave something like this? His crew worked from early morning to dawn for two days in a row to tear off the old shingles and put on new ones on a complicated roof system. After the roof was installed, he had his gutter crew put in new gutters with gutter screens. This crew also took two days to make sure the tear-down and installation were done correctly. Mauricio was quick to respond to questions that we had concerning our new roof and gutters and we are very happy with his work. He put on a roof 8 years ago on another home I own, and we haven't had any issues with that roof. Mauricio uses high-quality materials, and his crews are well-trained and pay attention to detail.

After checking on Yelp for a professional group, I received a few calls regarding my need. I wasn't able to use the first contact and initially thought I was not going to be able to use the second company, but boy am I extremely happy I did. Mr. Santos was "Johnny on the spot". He was very professional via our text messages and answered all of my questions. He was also the first of two or three respondents who actually came to the location to give me a free quote. And he actually came the day we text. After carefully weighing my options, I chose Santos. He and his crew all arrived prior to the scheduled time of around 8am. He speaks Spanish and English, while his crew spoke Spanish. They had all of their equipment setup and had started cutting the tree limbs before I left for work. My husband is retired, so he was home to observe. They did not stop for a break until after 1:00pm for lunch and to dispose of the tree parts already loaded on their trailer. When I arrived home from work (between 330-345pm) the tree was no longer standing and they were cutting the last of the trunk in sections in order to load it for disposal. They even moved a couple of pieces of the trunk to our carport to use for a project. My husband and I were extremely happy with the work and were very appreciative of the service that was provided by Santos' Hauling and Demolition.
