You get what you pay for as they cut corners when sanding that can cause issues. They do not remove toilets they sand up to the toilet leaving a raised edge all around the existing toilet. This can cause issues when installing a new toilet which we did this year. The sanding around door frames and cabinets leaves impressions in the floor which are noticeable to anyone that appreciates fine woodworking. They did not finish under the refrigerator or stove that could have easily been removed.

The kitchen countertops have shown tons of scratches when it was supposed to be super durable. The bathroom has discoloration from heat products on the countertops which again, wasn't supposed to be an issue. I reach out to the owner and he comes out to my house to see the scratched surfaces, and he is baffled! Acts like this never happens and says they've been very busy but he would get me on the books to have someone come out to "buff it out" and repair it. That was FEBRUARY.
