Came here a couple of times and the guy working behind the counter is so rude! He is a creep and made advances toward me several times in which I got so upset and called a friend to come for me. The set-up in the store (This is the Union Ave location, and their other one is on Main Street) is so open and inviting. It's so clean and roomy, it MAKES you just want to spend your money, and even hang around for a bit. They've got a massive selection. From hookahs (and supplies), to bongs, to vape pens, to mods? They've got EH-VUH-RY-THAAANG. [Katt Williams voice]. For months now, I've gone there to re-up on my hookah stuff. I've bought a hookah from them, LOADS of great shisha, great coals, and even air fresheners & incense. Yes, they've got an abundance of the latter. They are SOOOOO knowledgeable in the different flavors and types of shisha and accessories that will help you for your hookah experience. This past weekend, i decided to follow suit (in lieu of recent trends), and grab myself a MOD box. A mod box is LITERALLY a [MODIFIED] vaporizer (like the pens), but with higher battery power and wattage, thus more smoke, and THICKER smoke at that. The youngest guy behind the counter (His name is Jahad/Jihad, I believe) is the BEES' KNEES when it comes to his knowledge of vape pens and mods. He reminds me of myself during my times as a barista and bartender. He can tell you everything in the simplest fashion... From how the mechanisms work, to what type of tank you should buy... Even to the most vivid and dopest descriptions of the flavors! He doesn't use the real names of the the flavors. He'll give you a practical flavor profile to compare it to before you smell them. Thanks to his knowledge, I was convinced to try two AMAZING e-juice flavors. One is called "Unicorn Milk", which tastes as great as you would think (like someone literally ran Strawberry Quik through a mystical unicorn)... And the other one (I forget the actual name) is one that he correctly described as "Cinnamon Toast Crunch". It's a whole new experience in the world of vaping, as previously, my budget would only allow me to partake in vape PENS. Overall, I'm not only in love with the products, since most of the hookah spots carry similar things. But the service and treatment is A-1. These guys genuinely treat everyone coming in there as a valued customer and FRIEND, and not just an ATM w/ a pulse. They will take as long as you need them to, in order to ensure that you're comfortable with your purchase, and they don't just try to push sales on you to get you out of the store... If anything, they're so charming they make you wanna stay IN the store and buy more!!! I personally think these guys should go on a product tour to sell their stuff... Typical smoke shop has your essentials. Owner himself is super cool and nice hence why I'm giving it 2 stars guy is personable. His workers on other hand are clueless, ask questions to each other when you ask a price for something. I'm writing this because I was charged more than TRIPLE price for something compared to other shops. TRIPLE. I'm sure the stupid kids made up the price on the spot.
