I bought my first vape pen there and he set it up for me, explained everything, etc. However, my last time was awful. He sold me a Stick V8 Baby (by Smok) for $79.99. Counter Man said it was all set up and I just had to go home and charge it a little more. Even after charging it to full capacity, I noticed the pull was weak and producing very small clouds. I thought that if I used it more, it would start functioning a little better. Fast forward to me walking through Central Park and I noticed SMOKE coming out of my bag. The culprit was the vape (which was OFF when I had last held it), which had over-heated to the point where the tank exploded and I was unable to turn it off. I was able to cover it in dirt to stop the smoldering the device, only after burning my fingers on it. So, I called Smoking Culture, and Counter Man returned my message swearing up and down that it was *impossible* for HIS products to explode, as HE only sells the best quality of everything, blah blah. I had photographs of the busted vape, but he wanted me to bring the actual vape back to the store so he could try to fix it. Lol, there was no way I was picking up that thing after it burned me and with the battery still going. He refused to give me my money back unless I brought this dangerous product to the store in person. Needless to say, I did not get my money back. I went down to a vape shop nearby and got the very same model (down to the color) for $20 less and the pull is great and nothing has exploded. Sorry dude, you lost yourself a loyal customer.
