t had the worst customer service experience ever, walked in asked the lady that works there if she can match the prices I get from a store in Oakland since I buy in bulk so I can keep my business local and she immediately gave me an attitude, I said maybe ask the owner she said he is probably sleeping and she doesn't wanna bother him for a silly request and asked me if I can come back I said I can't I work till late, so she called and they agreed to give me $2 off I said ok fine give me 6 boxes , and then said said it's gotta be 10 boxes or else it's a full price, I said fine I will pay full price and then she said cash or card I said card she said then you will have to pay extra taxes I said fine no problem I will pay full price and taxes the $2 discount of two boxes isn't a lot of money anyways And THEN SHE SAID YOU KNOW I DONT HAVE TO GIVE YOU ANY DISCOUNT AND I WILL DECLINE YOUR SERVICE YOU CAN GO BUY IT FROM OAKLAND BECAUSE YOUR BEING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! This is probably the best spot in the area for your hookah needs and there are a lot of shops. Alot of shops is an understatement. This place is open later than all as well. The staff is friendly, they have a good selection of everything. The are reasonably priced as well. They do have vape and other supplies also. Very clean and just a great spot. read more
