So I politely emailed asking for a receipt, and the response was immediately and unnecessarily aggressive, that it was my fault I didn't set the right filter on my spam folder. I thought potentially I was misreading the tone of the email, so I emailed back asking again for the receipts. They responded with even harsher words. Then they literally called me up to yell at me, and accused me of being rude. After I hung up, they emailed me again to criticize me. This is a man I have never spoken to before, who had absolutely no reason to be upset with me. I have rarely dealt with anyone this aggressive in my life. It was genuinely insane and borderline psychotic. I would be very careful with this company, the man has intense rage. Seriously, it was bizarre and frankly, scary. I have the emails to back it up.
