We had to find another fridge tech (Sergio from Miami Refrigerator Repair) who was able to diagnose the REAL reason why the fridge side was NOT cooling down even after it had several parts replaced by this company. Sergio was able to order and install the CORRECT motherboard part for our refrigerator's exact model after Sergio saw that the previous tech from this company had INCORRECTLY installed a motherboard part that was not the correct part model for our GE fridge, which is WHY our fridge's newly replaced damper door was NOT OPENING nor CLOSING during a cooling and defrosting cycle!!!‍ Now that Sergio of Miami Refrigerator Repair has replaced the previously NEWLY changed board with a correct board part for our fridge's previous NEWLY changed damper door the fridge side is FINALLY working and cooling our entire fridge side at setting 5 and the cooling damper door is FINALLY OPENING and CLOSING during the fridge's normal cooling/defrosting cycles!!!
