Not very happy with the repair. 1st he would not go out to see what the problem was without an initial deposit of $180.00. Then when he went and quoted me an additional $445 for parts and labor. I asked if it was worth fixing, the leaking refrigerator he assured me it was worth fixing. He again would not order parts or start repairing the item until money was sent. Repair man went out and advised all had been repaired. A few days later had the same issue that refrigerator was leaking. I called and spoke to Victor who advise that it was probably the computer or memory board do not remember. He then advised it was not fixable but not before collecting $625.00 and leaving me with a broken refrigerator. Victor was excellent. I called on a Friday at almost 5 pm and I had a technician at home diagnosing the problem by 7 pm. Really useful way to fix an appliance as important as the dishwasher. Unfortunately the fix was too expensive to be worth it, but he was ready to offer alternatives and the parts needed by 8:30 pm that same night. Edit: to clarify, a dishwasher is very hard to fix because it's lower ticket than, for example, a cooktop. The issue is that the cost of labor in the US is sometimes too high to merit fixing it, it just makes more sense to buy a new one. Today I reached out to Victor on Saturday afternoon with an issue with my refrigerator leaking water at the bottom of the refrigerator. Victor reached out to me within 30 minutes. He explained the policy and the $180 charge that is used to toward the job if you decide to fix the issue. He had Brayan come out to service it. He quickly identified the issue which required to take the refrigerator outside to fix address the frozen ice and clog issue. Within 40 minutes he had the issue resolved with the refrigerator inside.
