This place is a joke. I usually don't give negative reviews, but their service was just unacceptable. I asked for the front of a used SMALL cargo van we just bought to be cleaned (driver and passenger seats shampooed, carpet vacuumed, vents cleaned). Didn't need exterior cleaned. Didn't need the back to be cleaned. Got quoted $75 and 40 minutes. I thought ok they'll do a thorough job. 10 minutes later "we're done". I barely sat down and hadn't even gotten my laptop out to work yet. Came out and asked "that was fast. How much?" And he said $75. I was like "what? You guys did 10 minute of work" and he said "2 guys worked on it". Changed my card for 76 dollars. Came out to find the carpet was still dirty, it was still dusty in places, vents weren't cleaned all the way. I ended up coming home and detailing it myself. The downside is that sometimes they do take awhile so don't come if you're in a hurry. Also, they don't always open on time at 8am. They spent hours cleaning my car and I never thought it would ever be this clean again. So beautiful. It's like new. My car is over a decade old and has been on several cross country trips. They even got that shit that's stuck in my cup holders, the bike tire marks all over my back seat, all the rocks and dirt from camping the last few weeks, AND the weird stuff that flakes off my driving wheel. We received rude customer service. It took them 45 mins to rinse off the dirt off the truck. The owner or the guy in charge disrespected my grandmother and wasn't cooperative I don't recommend anyone coming here if you want to come and be disrespected. Quick, easy, and they did a great job washing my car! Service was great as well. A basic wash is $15 but I wanted the inside vacuumed so I got the special wash, which is $22. It's a little pricey compared to other car washes in the area so it would be great if they offered specials or discounts. Regardless I'm happy with how my car turned out. Spent 180$ on an interior detail, they didn't do a good job, they left sand/debris on my floor mats, they didn't even shift the gear on my shifter to clean entire shifter. For the 2 hours they spent cleaning it, they should have done a better job. I wouldn't recommend spending 180$. Should be a 90$ service. Disappointed. read more

I really needed my car washed inside and out. It was disgusting, for lack of a better word. I wanted to go to a good, family owned car wash. I'm happy I came across this one! Even though it was PACKED and they were short staffed, they didn't hesitate to help. Their customer service was great. The waiting room was closed (due to COVID, maybe?) so everyone was sitting outside. There wasn't enough chairs, and since it was so busy I think I was there for a total of 2 hrs. Therefore, I would recommend dropping the car off and coming back for it. I went for the $65 deal, and my car was spotless! read more

I'm really disappointed with the decline in the quality of service recently at this car wash. Think twice before bringing your car in. I've had me vehicle detailed many times since the business opened their doors a few years ago and due to awesome attention to detail plus great customer service by the owner, Robert I've even referred friends & relatives. His prices are very competitive but it's the attention to service that kept me coming back. However my last couple visits I've noticed a decline in both the "detail" and service to the customer. One employee in particular is left in charge and it's clear he doesn't share the owners vision, see pic of a supposed vacuum job. The work now is below par and the attitude is, "who cares, it's your opinion." I'm sure the owner would be appalled if he knew the guy argued he'd done a good job. I stopped by to get a quote on a hand wax for my car and was reassured by Abraham that he had 25 years of experience and they could buff out the marks and oxidation on my roof and hood. I believe he had a less experienced tech work on it...I saw the swirls on the car in the sunlight the next day and went back a few days later for them to fix it. I left the car again and when I came back it looked the same. I spent over $300 on two cars and my black one looks worse than before it was waxed! For the money, you really couldn't ask for a better carwash than this. I was feeling lazy enough to pay some one else to vacuum out my car, and I saw that Express had some good reviews. Now that I've been there as a customer, my only confusion is why they don't have even more awesome reviews! This isn't some tunnel carwash machine where you drive into it and put your car into neutral; this is a hand wash service. For $15, a got my car hand-washed, vacuumed out, tired shined, and wiped down trim. This is totally a deal! The service was fast and friendly. Their friendliness must've been contagious, because even the other people in the waiting area were so friendly we ended up having a big conversation. They finally have a yelp so I can leave my review for this place! I found this spot on the way home, it's right next to a tire and auto shop (on the same lot) on willow before California. I came here a couple of times and I usually go to Andres Detailing on Long Beach Blvd but it's always sooooo crowded! The prices here actually have dropped most likely to compete with Andres and get more business. It used to be $20 for small cars and I think $25-30 for suvs plus $2 Armor for your tires if you wanted, monday-Thursday was discounted at $10 but now it's $15 for a basic wash with $1 Armor (I have a 2013 Honda Accord coupe) $13 Monday - Friday . $16 dollars is not bad at all and they do a pretty good job, and first time I came it was that great but the second time I came they did a really good job. The pictures posted for pricing are accurate if you were curious of other pricing. Will definitely be back for a wash and wax! :) P. S. I I forgot to add that this is all HAND WASH! read more

Small place for a quick, cheap wash. $35 for an Express Detail which includes vacuum, hand wash, hand wax, and Armor All. Open on holidays and there was about 2 other cars getting cleaned when I went on Veteran's Day. Nice staff, good job, zero waiting. Monday through Thursday you can get a basic wash and Armor All tires for $13!! Small cars prices differ from trucks and vans. read more

I came here recently to have my carpets and car interior clean/shampoo. I paid a lot. It took them 4 hours to clean my car. They called me and told me my car was done. When I got there, my car doors were all open (letting it dry). There was towels, products, and dryers with cords all around my car. They rushed me over to pay for my car. They proceeded to tell me it's all good and I'm okay to drive off. I had to close my all of my own doors and had to wave someone down to move all the supplies around my car so I can leave. When I got home and pulled the paper sheets they place over my floor mat, my mats were all missing. I had to call them and drive all the way back to get my owns mats. I brought my 26 foot RV here on a Saturday. I pulled in and said "you guys detail these things"? The guy answered yes with no hesitation. We did a quick walk around the interior (it's a motorhome so you walk around the interior ) and the exterior and he quoted me a price and told me he'd need 4 hours to get it done. The price seemed a bit high but as someone who owns a business and deals with lots of vendors I know YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. So I said do it. They called me 3 hours later and said it was done. I Uber'd back over there (I'm so techy with my yelping and ubering) and did a walk around the vehicle. The only spot they missed was the interior back window sill which had dirt in it. They quickly remedied the problem. Last thing, Theres a 10% off coupon on Yelp if you spend $100 or more. I found this during the 3 hours they had my vehicle. When I went to pay I presented the coupon and they happily honored it. Solid car wash and I'll come here again! read more

Services rendered: $35 cash wash/detail. I needed to get my car really clean before getting it appraised at a car dealership that buys used vehicles. Pros: 1) It's very rare for me to get my car hand-washed and detailed, and the price can't be beat. 2) Fast, friendly service. 3) They were open on a very cloudy, almost drizzly day. I had called/drove past three other car washes, but they were closed. Cons: 1) The waiting areas (indoor and outdoors) were sparse but at least they were relatively clean. Came in on Easter Sunday since it was one of the few places opened. I usually have my car nice and clean but between work and life in general, my car needed a good detail. Came in and inquired about the clay bar and polish with an interior leather condition. They first quoted me at $165 but I thought it was a little steep. After going for the $100 wash they were able to meet at $130 for everything I wanted. After my car was done, it looked like new! ONLY reason why I didn't give all 5 stars is due to one of them severing my dash cam wire. None of them came up to me and told me about it. Luckily I had an extra cord but it's the principle. I'm sorry but not worth the price or the time it takes them to do your car. You'd pay the same price and get a more quality job done by a mobile car wash service. I came here Monday and it seemed slow they were working on a few cars but i was there 2 hours or more for a car wash. The price for a mini SUV $30.00 which to me is crazy. I got the regular wash with tire dressing and it includes air freshener. When my car was finally done and i got in there was no air freshener i had to ask for that to be added. As i drove off water from my mirrors that had not been properly dried blew all over my driver side and passenger side windows which is a huge Pet peeve of mine it's like why don't car washers dry the review mirrors. I won't be back here ever. Too expensive for mediocre wash and no attention to detail which is ironic since detail is in the business name. read more
