Very disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I drove my vehicle through their car wash, and during the wash, the equipment broke my antenna. My antenna was perfectly fine before entering the car wash, and I noticed the damage immediately afterward. I understand accidents can happen, but when a business provides a service, I expect them to take responsibility when their equipment damages a customer's vehicle. I would recommend being very careful before bringing your vehicle here, especially if it has an exterior antenna or anything else that could potentially be damaged by their equipment. read more

I've been coming to this car wash pretty regularly for the past two or three years. I think that the machine machines do a decent job of cleaning your car and what I've always liked is that the vacuum is really strong and gets the job done in a short amount of time. However, I will no longer be returning because their employees are incredibly disrespectful to customers. I get it, it's a car wash so I'm not expecting five star service, but I'm also not expecting to be actively disrespected and treated as if I'm an annoyance for just being there. When I came up to the kiosk to pay one of their employees came over and just kind of stared at me as I was trying to pay. He didn't say hi or greet me or in any way offer help. He just stared and watched it as I did it. Creepy. I didn't ask for any help or wave him over so I have no idea why he came over to my car as I was paying at the kiosk. Once I selected my car wash, I was about to pay and he started doing annoying things like tapping the area to indicate that I needed to tap my credit card there. I can read and I don't really need you to babysit me at the kiosk. The tab didn't work so then he tapped on the part of the chaos where you can insert your credit card. Again, he hasn't even said a word to me. He's just tapping with his finger as if I'm not even a human being that he can talk to. I inserted it and it doesn't work. He then sighs and shakes his head as if he's my parent and I'm his child that he scolding. I called him out immediately and I said "why are you shaking your head?" He mumbled something and then just backed off and went behind a wall so that I could no longer ask him questions. It's obvious that he thought he could add in these little nonverbal cues to show his annoyance without any consequences. He clearly thought I wasn't gonna call him out on it. I drove through the car wash and then afterwards confronted him and said that it was incredibly disrespectful for him to shake his head and tap his finger at me that entire time. He first acted as if he had no clue what I was talking about, and then switched stories and said it was because he was busy helping other customers, and I was taking too long. I was literally the only one in my lane. What other customer could he possibly be needing to rush off to help? Even if I was delaying him that doesn't mean it's OK to tap it things at me instead of talking to me and then sigh and shake your head as if you're just so smart and you just hate how customers are so stupid. It's really evident that they don't respect their customers here, they've increased their prices regularly every single year so it's really not worth going anymore. The employee who "helped" me scan my coupon seemed irritated and when I went through the carwash my mirrors folded in which has never happened anywhere else and the dryers clearly don't work because there are dried water droplets all over my car. I have been coming to this car wash for a couple months because it's closest one near my my job and I've been getting the monthly car passes and they're just not good quality. I still see spot and dirt on car, right after coming out of the car wash and the wax job is nonexistent, despite paying for one of the more expensive monthly passes. When I tired to go through the wash a second time because my car wasn't clean properly, I was notified that I'm limited to one car wash per day. To be charged $36 a month and only allowed to get one car wash a day when they advertise unlimited car washes is ridiculous. I CANNOT WAIT for my monthly pass to be over because I don't ever want to come back. there's so many other car washes in the area that are probably much better. read more

They have been charging me for months and I just recently noticed. I called their number and Inquiry online page. Neither one works. Their record should show that I never went to use any of the carwash during the months that they were charging me monthly fees. I love the service there. It's quick and the staff is very professional. I spend about $14 which gives me a deluxe wash that washes the tires as well as the car. With that wash you get to vacuum out your car and trunk. I always leave there feeling clean so to speak. read more

Been coming here for 2 years and I witnessed the staff multiple times shutting down the wash machine to pressure wash the scrubbing bristles, very glad to always see them cleaning and maintaining the machine to help prevent scratches. Keep it up guys! read more

Not a really good car wash. I doesn't do a good job blowing air to dry your car. Once you get to the vacuum area, the vacuum is not very efficient, it doesn't do a good job vacuuming. Overall a poor job washing your car. I would not recommend. It also cost $2 more than the one on Lakewood and willow. read more

In need of a car wash!! I research last night to see what is near for a car wash and opens early. And found this place. It opens right at 7am, perfect! I picked the deluxe car wash which was $18. I probably should have just got the membership since I probably will be in the area once a week. My car came so clean. They even have a towel dryer to help dry your car after blowing drying. My car came out pretty dry. Didn't need much dry to do. The vacuums you get 5 minutes only and they were pretty good. It keeps suctioning my own hair and can't really get my hair out. Solid express car wash spot, and sometimes there are deals to upgrade your car wash for almost the same price when someone is manning the machine. Express wash (their basic wash) is $10, deluxe wash (has triple foam, wheel clean and tire shine - i usually get this) is $14. I believe the most expensive option is $20 and has al the bells and whistles like wax, coat protectant, bug prep, a car scent, dash wipe, etc. I do the upgrade to this when there is a special offer. It is quick but gets my car clean and shiny, and I have never had a significant wait. The self vacuum area after is also very convenient! read more

This cash wash is a scam. Cheap price and local but the machines damage cars OFTEN! The owner and manager are quick to blame you even if the car is new and in perfect condition. This happened to me twice. The first time I believed the man when he said the weather stripping was loose. I checked the other side and found it tight and in perfect condition. When I came back again recently the other side was torn free. I was again reminded that they are essentially not responsible for anyone's car for any reason. That doesn't seem at all ethical. My car along with several others in the neighborhood got egged. I decided to give Bubble express a try since I drove by a few times and saw that it was always busy. They advertise $6 so that I think invites people in. I opted not to get the cheapest wash nor the most expensive which I believe is $15. I drive though and when I came out on the other side, nothing changed. Went back and told the guys that guided me in ( they remembered my car). On a side note, normally at most car washes, these are the guys that tape your back wiper down and hose off or scrub your car before you enter the wash. They didn't do that. The manager came out and looked at my car and said you have to wipe this down first because it's so sticky. Lucky for me I had a bucket with some rags and car wash soap in the trunk. He said that I could go through the wash again after I wiped it down. In hindsight I should have stayed home and washed it myself rather than hand washing it at the car wash. If I could give this place 0 stars, it would happen. I have been driving my car through this car wash since it opened and even have a loyalty card with them. This ended today when the dryer at the end of the wash snapped the windshield wiper arm on the back of my car. I spoke with the manager who halfheartedly apologized and offered to accept "possible" responsibility for the act occurring. However he was unwilling to accept any financial responsibility, citing their written disclaimer. Clearly I understand why the disclaimer exists; however, their equipment still broke my back windshield wiper, costing an estimated $367 for me to replace. The manager offered me a couple of good will free car washes, which I politely declined (because why would I ever take my car back here). Drive your car through this place at your own risk, or do what I've learned to do and reach out to your mobile car detail guy, who you know for a fact will wash your car with actual care, more often. read more

I don't normally write reviews but I made an account and decided to take the time to warn others of my unacceptable experience. A few years ago there was, what I believe, an ownership change and a remodel or rebranding so I would be wary of the oldest positive reviews, FYI. A few weeks ago, I took my new car for a wash here. As I was entering the wash, I heard a loud bang on the driver's side of my car. When I looked to see what happened on my side mirror, I see the worker scrambling to move something. The soap made it hard to see anything however. This worker, who I am convinced is likely at fault, saw what happened and failed to take responsibility for the mistake and tried to play it off as if nothing happened. No one approached me after the wash. When I get out of my car to vacuum the interior, I notice a big white stain (paint, maybe?) with some scratches on the trim pieces in between the two doors. At the time, I was in a rush and decided to come back later to let them know what happened. I didn't know the scratches were deep at the time and figured I could polish it off. I don't know why I decided to play it cool because these people do not deserve it. I came back at a later time to let them know what happened. I spoke with someone who worked there and he asked me to prove that I purchased a car wash which is a reasonable request. I paid with a card so I was able to provide the exact time and date. He wrote down some basic information then took few pictures. He told me someone named "Mike" will give me a call later that day after they review the footage. When I had follow-up questions, he rudely ignored my presence and even looked at me like I was bothering him. Weeks have passed now and I have yet to receive a response from "Mike". Mike, if you exist, feel free to defend yourself here. If I'm wrong, I'll update the review. I want an explanation and/or an apology, not drama. I highly advise anyone reading this to not come here. Ever. The customer service was and is horrible. I felt like I was the one bothering THEM, when they're the ones at fault. Zero empathy from them. There's another car wash just down the street called Carwood Car Wash and Detailing center that has better machines, more vacuums, more room, and nice employees. It's worth the extra 2 minutes to head down there to avoid this place. It's not worth coming here and risk getting your car damaged due to their incompetence. There's nothing special about this place that merits coming here, either. I used to come because it was close and thus convenient. The wash here is on par with a gas station wash. In fact, the Shell gas station car wash just a few blocks away will clean your car just as well and you'll be able to pick up a snack on the way. Don't come here. Cheap automatic car washes would be great if the automatic car wash actually washed your car decent. I have found that I spend twice as much time then going to a full self-service wash and doing it correct myself. The first small cargo van I took through today didn't even look like a brush or water had touched the back, Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of this because I was pretty shocked and called over the owners immediately. The owner said the hitch was the problem so I remove the hitch and ran it through again but wasn't satisfied. The owner comped another wash so I brought another small cargo van back to give it one more chance. This van had quite a few bugs on the window and on the front of the vehicle. Once again ran it through and another totally shitty wash which I have documented below in the pictures. If they placed someone prior to entering the wash that would spray the front of the vehicle prior to going through the wash and wash off the bugs with a brush or bug sponge then this could be resolved. I ended up taking the second van to a self-service wash where I did it myself properly. I was trying to save time and money but spent twice as much on both. I'm shocked at how busy these places really are. It must be the curb appeal that attracts us, typically they're always busy and colorful with brands that support what I'm trying to achieve like sparkling clean, bubbles and more but in the end whether it's three dollars, six dollars or free these facilities just don't produce the turn out that satisfies me. It's like a cheap haircut and we all know that never works out. read more

I paid $17 (the most expensive) to drive through a 1 minute car wash only to come home definitely needing to wash my car again! I've been going here for years. Today I went through the wash and my car had a long grease streak on the driver side from the front bumper all the way to the back one. I notified owner and he told me to wipe it. He said it was not from his car wash and I came with it. I did not! and I told him I did not want to smear it all over my car by wiping. I park my car in the garage every day and keep it clean. I asked him if I could go through again and he reluctantly said he would after I wiped it, so I did. I went through again and AGAIN the streak was on my car. So it did come from his car wash! I went to his office and told him. He seemed upset and said he wanted to look at it. So they had a billboard about two months ago or so before opening (at least the time when I saw it) stating to text to receive free car washes for a month. I received the text about last week and decided to go allowing 1 free car wash for free per week. Which I think is pretty awesome! So I went ahead and went, went in super cool technology and nice workers. Free car washes are going on right now for grand opening so take advantage of that! After you receive free vacuum service. And what I liked the most (maybe because they are new) is that the vacuum did a real great job and took everything from crumbs, my husky's fur, etc. It was awesome especially that in my city ALL car washes suck! Wow!! Love this place! I got a car wash elsewhere last week but they didn't clean it right and the vacuum sucked (no pun intended). My car looked like someone threw green Cheetos at it. Imagine my surprise when this place offered a free express wash and vacuuming! When I went in, the main guy was super nice, smiley and friendly. All the staff here were super friendly. I've been to similar drive-in car washes, but my car has never looked so clean!! (Others usually leave marks or dirt, but this is sosososososo nice!!) (I took a video of the process if anyone wants to see it). The vacuum came with the wash and they had three price tiers. ($6-$14). I came in free for their grand opening, but regardless they're worth the price, especially with newer equipment that actually do the job well. They have various deals such as a punch pass, senior discount, and unlimited monthly packages. My car confidence skyrocketed after getting such a nice wash 10/10 would recommend. Oh two caveats- they recommend to remove your antennas (this is how a lot of drive in car washes are, else it would be ripped off). And the black ice air fresheners smell like cologne if you're into that. Otherwise this is a nice business that is trying to get a FRESH start. read more

My car came out sparkling clean and I just had to wipe off some hard to clean spots with the towels that they provided. The workers here are very nice and helpful too.
