I walked in after explaining my sob story with pixie cuts, and she talked and walked me through each process. I showed her pictures, gave her a vision, and asked for suggestions. She took her time, explaining what would work with my hair texture and length ( and numerous cowlicks). I love that she saved pictures in her phone of clients who have the same visions. She will also ask to take your picture (minus your face lol) so it could be used to help yourself or others in The Styling process. For your eyebrow and eyelash needs, Bianca is your girl. I absolutely love the inside of this shop. It has a rustic feel, and is not bougie like others that I've been to. It's more of a Steel Magnolias "truvy type" salon. My hair is curly but in an erratic way and requires a lot of coaxing to cooperate. I'm mixed and have had a hard time in the past finding stylists that knew how to cut my hair without leading to a total disaster (I once walked out a salon with my hair one inch shorter than the other side, and no I wasn't going for an asymmetrical look). I had finally found someone I loved a few years ago, and then of course I had to move away. I LOVE my hair shorter and took years to find the perfect cut to frame my face. I have had a lot of stylists that were hesitant to cut my hair as short as I was asking for or missed the mark as far as the shape of the cut was concerned. Nicole really listened. She looked at every picture, confirmed what I wanted, and even went back and cut more at my request. She was great from start to finish, had reasonable prices, and I will definitely go back to her in the future when I need a trim. Her styling was great, and she cut my side bangs perfectly, which is rare (I don't think even my last greatly loved stylist was able to do it in a way that it curls towards the back of my hair and blends in the way I like it to). The styling was included with the cut, which was really nice. I will have to see how the cut looks with my natural hair the next time I wash it, but I have no reason to doubt that it'll be just fine.

Sorry, there will be no next time and due to her disappointing response, the only thing I can do is spend more money on top of the ( $200 for half head foil) to get this fixed and express how unhappy I am.
