I've been meaning to write this review about these wonderful ladies for a while now. I've been a…read moreclient of OCL for about 3/4 years on and off and I could not be happier with my results. I travel a lot due to business and I'm not always able to keep the appointments as needed and even with that the results still stand I can only image if I were to do it the correct way. I was officially diagnosed with PCOS in 2012 and shortly after that I made the decision to look for place that I could trust with my face most importantly. As I was starting to get raised bums on the side of my face and chin, that I can not fix with waxing or plucking. I initially started with Alex and she is amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedures carefully to me. For me there was some stinging in certain parts of my face but nothing that was out of control. It last a few seconds and then it goes away. Later on, Chantel took over of my care and she has been just as amazing. I love the results so much that I bought a package for my stomach. And even though, I have not completely the treatment the hair on my stomach is nearly gone and what has come back is very light, how it used to be. The hair on my face is a bit more stubborn, but even there the hair is light and no bums. Since, I'm not able to go back right now, I've just been shaving it like they taught me and my face is clear. Yes, the treatment can be a bit expensive, but believe me it's worth every penny. They also often have special, so take advantage. For, those of us that have excessive amount hair in unwanted place there is no better option. I can't wait to get back home so that I can get back on track. Thank OCL Team.

She called the owner over lying about what was said. I stood u for the tech and the woman started yelling at me and swearing and interrupted the whole salon. I think they should gave thrown her out after she started yelling at me and calling me a bitch and swearing. I think the owners handled this all wrong. Even as I was finished, she started u again. So sad. I have been going here for 6 years, no apology from owners or anything

When I asked for a discount he said I can give you $5 . I said that is not a good enough discount . I told him atleast $10 . Overall for the 3 hrs and the pain.
