Best haircut I've had in a LONG time! Laura is awesome - she listened to what I wanted, and DIDN'T want, offered suggestions and then magic happened. The salon is slightly disheveled - some construction happening, but it's very clean, the stylists had on face masks even though I took mine off for the haircut, hand sanitizer everywhere. I went in to get my greys colored, I have blondeish/ brown hair and mostly have greys in the front. So I really only needed that part done. They have a sign that says $50 for highlights but she said it was only for like 9 foils which it didn't say. Anyways it came to $140.00 and I gave a $10.00 tip I believe it was. Went home after I washed it again and pulled it back all you could see was grey! So I called her and went back, she acted like she colored it and couldn't believe it grey back in one week! I said that's because you didn't do any of it. You missed it. But she must've thought it grew back bcz I was charged another $25.00. when I looked in the mirror it was still grey!! Unfortunately I won't be going back, I would have if she fixed it at least and took responsibility for it and definitely not charged me anything for her not doing it right 2x. read more

I really wish I didn't have to leave one star... I went into Reggie's Salon tonight. It was the first time I've considered a haircut outside my house since covid to be honest. I've been feeling extra down lately and I thought it might help and mabye I was ready. When I went in there were two women at the counter. I explained I was thinking about a haircut but covid was making me nervous. I honestly expected then just to me reassured a little that they do what they can to make there salon safe. Wearing masks, sanitizing ect...I don't expect like 100% security but a little compassion might have been nice... The women looked at me rolled her eyes and said if I'm worried about covid I shouldn't leave my house untill the world is safe to come out. I'm quoting her exact words. I said thanks and walked out. I honesly couldn't believe how heartless a person could be.. Covid has been hard on everyone the least we can do is show a little understanding and kindness during this time. I will never walk into that salon again. I plan on warning everyone I know about this place. And I really hope if the woman who said that to me reads this she will think twice and meet the next consumer with kindness.... read more

I am writing this review as gratitude to Jackie for her wisdom, experience and expert skills! Truly have never had a cut and style that my husband complimented me on repeatedly! He insists that any time I need a cut I should visit Jackie! I can't believe how good it feels to have someone tell you what style will look good on you and then actually make it happen!
