After getting hosed by the dealer one time too many, I decided to give Exclusive MotorWorks a call. Matt was very helpful and was able to get me in the next day. They performed "service B" on my wife's Mercedes. Dealer wanted $1,550 with tax - Exclusive did it for $695 all in and even took it to the neighboring car wash before handing us the keys. Great communication throughout, ready same day, and a very clean and organized shop. The Lamborghini and Ferrari sitting out waiting to be serviced was a sign that these guys are good. I was thrilled to find this repair shop so close to home, and filled with organized, professional staff. I brought them a unique issue with my vintage Mercedes and they had it sorted right away. They have a tech on staff well versed in older Mercedes. While I was there the other tech told me he would be happy to work on my newer Mercedes as well. Before choosing Exclusive Motor Works, I had visited three other Foreign Car specialty service shops. I requested from all three service shops to provide me a complete diagnostics of my car to determine what needed to be repaired. Being that I had some experience in the business, I was quite disappointed with all three service shops on their overall diagnostics. The service shops were reading a computer read outs without actually understanding what is really needed to be repaired. One of the service shops was a MB dealership which was most definitely the worst of the three. By recommendation from other sports car enthusiasts, I decided to have a conversation with the owner technician, Steve Mills, of Exclusive Motor Works and allow them to determine the problems that needed attention. What I discovered was that Steve had in-depth knowledge of Mercedes Benz cars and a true passion for the business. Also most importantly, I felt that I was truly receiving an honest analysis of my car. Yes, I am probably spending way more than I should on this car. Two oil changes, both times oil ended up leaking from the drain plug on my Porsche, which meant two additional 40 minute trips back to have it corrected. When I questioned why this happened TWICE, they tried to blame it on the car which I know wasn't the case. Having been in the car business for over 40 years, I'd suggest you do yourself a favor by spending your money elsewhere. read more

Worst place I have ever brought my car to. Bad enough that I currently have a lawyer working on it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I have never taken the time to go write a review of any business until now, because I need to warn others of these thieves. Brought my 2010 VW CC in about a month ago. Was quoted $1600 (ish) over the phone for the parts and labor for something incredibly minor that they overstated, which I ok'ed. Several days later, when I returned to pick-up the car, they had charged my credit card on file $800 more than I was quoted. When I asked why, they didn't provide me with a valid explanation besides, "there was something else wrong they had to fix." Completely illegal. When I asked for a receipt, their "printers were down" and they would e-mail it to me. I asked for the old parts, which I was told were in the trunk. They weren't. Not only that, then they said they "couldn't find the parts." Currently have a lawyer fighting this in claims court. BEWARE! Trust me on this one! read more

I have to agree with the previous review it is the worst mechanic shop around. I had a check engine light on my Range Rover. I decided to support the local business in lieu of the Land Rover dealership. I dropped my car off and they informed me it was in need of a timing chain. $10,000 later my wife picked up the car and brought it home. I drove the car shortly there after and noticed the car was running rough. I immediately brought the car up to the shop and they went on a test drive and informed the car is fine. The very next day the motor seized up approximately $30000 worth of damage. I requested a phone call from the owner to no avail. The lawsuit is pending. read more

I just had two of my cars serviced by All European. All the staff there are like family after having them service all my vehicles for the past 8 years. They are professional and very detailed in making sure all is maintained and the huge blessing for me is I'm not paying a fortune. They are so less priced in all repairs than the dealers out there. Many of my friends have their cars serviced with James and they often compliment all his staff being so professional and accommodating especially with my friends that need assistance. He's the best.
