Guess what Rick? I am not a happy customer and I am wondering how many of your customers you bought off. PS: RIck's wife, Edna, did a mediocre job and there were several problems that reduced the quality of the special event. The primary reason for my unhappiness is that I did not get what I paid for. Finally when I asked for a refund (asking only to charge us for DJ transportation) the owner refused, he said they're small company and cannot afford to refund instead he offered a free DJ service for future events. Now, when will we ever use that? And the sad part... WE CAN NEVER TURN BACK TIME for missed opportunity of having a fun wedding to our guests. We are VERY FRUSTRATED.

Pat was easygoing, helpful, and confident in his work from the start. It is clear that he is very experienced and comfortable in emceeing weddings: we inputted our wedding day timeline, requested songs/type of music for each event in the day, and special notes and requests in his online portal, and he ran with it. He ran our reception smoothly and on time, and our guests were comfortable and entertained. He even helped field some last minute requests and changes. We had a few hiccups with our sound cutting out twice at the start of the dance floor, but he covered it over smoothly in the moment.
