Now I get why everyone loves Bindia! I have frizzy and coarse hair, a combination that makes it almost impossible to style it. I wanted to have a change of hair style, so I let my hair grow to see if I can achieve a slicked back style. After reading blogs and watching videos about the Brazilian blowout, I checked for the closest certified salon to do this treatment. Exclusive Style popped, so I gave them a call to explain my hair situation and what I wanted to achieve. Bindia explained to me that what I wanted wasn't going to work if I did a Brazilian blowout: it would be easy to manage, but not straight as I would like. She recommended the permanent straightening treatment, not only because I was going to be happier but because the results were going to last longer. After figuring out what I wanted to do, I decided to pass by the salon. Bindia had busy day, so she asked me to show up at 8:30 am of the next day. She looked at my hair and told me that the treatment was going to work, she did the same for her son and looked good. This comment made me feel more confident, so I showed up at the scheduled time. After 2 hours of shampooing, drying, putting product and flat ironing, my hair went from having a bird nest to a nice straight hair, you could see the difference half way through the treatment. Bindia and Jazmine made the appointment pleasant, both are friendly, talkative and always with the smile. I feel that they will be the only ones taking care of my hair from now on! read more

I don't usually do reviews but I was so happy, so here it goes..... Bindia did my highlights and cut and I've never been happier. Not only did Bindia do a great job on my cut and highlights, but the price was amazing. She took me right away, no appointment and it was near closing. Once she was done she let me wait in the building with her and let me sit out of the heat for my ride. I can be picky for highlights, I'd say half the people I've seen have disappointed me or they fried my hair. She listened and was super attentive. read more

This review is long overdue - I've been coming to Bindia for years now for both my threading and hair needs and let me tell you, both are looking fabulous! Bindia does eyebrow and full face threading with such ease, she's a natural pro. As for my hair, I have long thick hair and I'm very particular about who I go to. I trusted Bindia to cut my hair awhile back and I've been going to her ever since. She has helped my hair stay healthy and has recently given my long locks some nice layers that changed my entire look while still keeping my hair long (only a pro knows how to do this in my opinion). I've also had a few family members go to her and get their hair permanently straightened and she does a great job. I've been going to Bindia for over a decade. There have been times where I have been out of the area for long periods and had to go to another person for threading. I found that most other people I got threading from were often inconsistent, made slow painful sweeps with the thread, and overall just not as comfortable as Bindia is with the tread. She has been doing this longer than anyone else I know, which is probably why she is a maestro. She also does microblading, which is a blessing for people with sparser eyebrows. It looks way more natural than tattooing. My mother had it done recently and is loving the results. She doesn't have to waste time filling in her brows every day. Go to Bindia. I walked in with my friend and it took more than 5min before any of the workers even greeted us. We waited 20min just to get our eyebrows threaded and when we finally got called to go, the lady did it in less than 2min! There's so many small and uneven cut hairs and my eyebrows aren't the same!! So I recently moved to the area and was unsure where to go to get my eyebrows threaded when a couple of neighbors suggested I go see Bindia. She was amazing! She not only was fast but super friendly and did an amazing job. I've got my eyebrows done at a couple places and in not a fan of the places that go slow and you can feel every hair getting pulled. She was super busy so I suggest making an appointment. Also, she didn't put any aloe on after...
