I was excited to try Tracy Wellbeing Retreat because I've heard they're intentional about using organic and lower tox products. I booked a scalp treatment because I've always wanted to try one, so I knew that was the service I wanted to experience. The owner was training someone during my appointment, but they actually gave me a little extra time because of it. Based on my scalp type, the owner recommended a few products for me to use at home and even sent me home with a sample and an application brush for scalp masks. Overall, my experience felt very personal, comfortable in a scenario where I could've felt vulnerable. I left feeling like they genuinely cared about providing a great experience, and I'm really glad I booked with them.

The building is cute, a little cottage-look and the interior is very calming and beautiful (I even liked their bathroom decor!). The massage "rooms" are only separated by a curtain so if someone else is on the other side, you can hear them. Though not loud or too disturbing, something to just be aware of. All in all I would definitely return to try out their other services!

I trusted her immediately, giving her full freedom to do her expertise--I knew she knew what she was doing. When I sat down, she offered amenities, including a delicious rosé, and then took me to a relaxing hair wash in a vibey, pink, dimly lit room. I really appreciated how easy Dallas was to talk to. I immediately felt comfortable and trusted her to be in her chair. As soon as we began the haircut, she paused to ask specific questions about how I wanted it cut and provided options. I'm so glad I was matched with Dallas and will continue coming for my routine cuts.

Both men and woman all speak so highly of Tanya's professional work. (As they talk and l look at their hair they don't have to say much, because they all seriously have healthy awesome looking hair, all the time!) Listen friends, I thought I had the best hair stylist for years!! Nope! I NOW have the best hair colorer and stylist today! So I went in to see what Tanya could do for me. She not only knew what my hair needed for treatment, color, but she cut my hair exactly the way I have wanted my hair to look for years! My hair now flows.... you can see the natural colors blended so nicely with my summer caramel highlights! Tanya is very professional. I found it strange that everyone else EXCEPT one person. loves Versailles. If I had to guess, I would bet that one person isn't even a client there, or an employee. Tanya is the stylist I see and she's wonderful! Not only does she create awesome results, she's realistic and a great listener. For instance, I said "Tanya, I want to go purple", she said "are you sure?" Today I'm officially purple, but we did it in steps because she knew I would have a mini freak-out if we went there right away. Adrianna is a great Esthetician. When I see her, she makes me feel very comfortable even when we might be doing something awkward, like bikini waxing. Monica has been styling and cutting my hair for years! She does a GREAT job!! So when she recomended the Keratin hair treatment, I knew I should take her advice and have her do it. I am so happy with the results!!! The texture of my hair has totally changed! It used to be soooo frizzy. I would have to spend a lot of time sectioning it out and straight ironing it, which would bring down the frizz but also make it feel really dry. Now after the Keratin treatment, all I have to do is run the straight iron very quickly through the top layer, and I'm done!! It takes 3 minutes as opposed to the 30 it used to take. It looks sooooo smooth and shiny!! And feels sooooo soft and managable!!! My hair has never looked so good or felt so soft!!!! Thanks Monica!! read more

I have been a client of Kristi's at Versailles for a few years now. I always look forward to getting my hair done! It is definitely worth the drive from Stockton to Tracy! Kristi has a way with color and cutting/styling hair....I never have to redo my hair when I get home...that says a lot to me!! She is great at what she does!! The Salon is very nice and so are the people that work there. They always offer you something to drink...coffee is great on the mornings that I don't get a chance to have some before I get there!! I've been coming here since first moving to Tracy 9 years ago. I can't imagine needing to go anywhere else to have my hair and nails done! Versallies does it all! Kristi does an amazing job with my hair every time and Christine La is fabulous with my nails and pedicures! I come here for waxing because I followed Jennifer. Now I see either Jennifer or Adrianna since both are great. They are quick, efficient, and great to talk to as they keep your mind off the pain! Jennifer even squeezed me in early one morning which was much appreciated. The staff is always very friendly, offering a beverage and checking in on you as you wait. Someone referred me there I did not realize they had so many services. So I booked a massage with Jamie and a facial with Jennifer both were great. I was on vacation in Tracy visiting family and was suggested to go into Versailles to get a new hair style since I had been talking about it. The stylus, Tanya, helped get me the perfect color that when it grew out, I hardly noticeds. The owner of the shop was very kind offering everything from hot to cold drinks while I was there. I began to see Lauren a year ago, and she had my hair looking great. I saw another stylist while she was out on sick leave, what a mistake that was. I'm a natural red head making getting the blond shade I want hard. The other stylist caused my hair to turn orange, and in trying to fix it, damaged my hair beyond belief. While she was applying the color, I mentioned that it looked orange/red and asked if my hair was going to turn that color. She reassured me it wouldn't, but my hair ended up bright red. I was there from 3:30 PM until 9:00 PM, then had to return at 8:00 AM the next morning for her to correct it. Unfortunately, the correction left my hair dark burgundy and still red. I ultimately had to go to Serenity Salon and pay again to have my hair completely corrected. I understand color results can vary, but I repeatedly communicated NO red/orange through text and in person and unfortunately received exactly what I asked to avoid. I lost hours over two days, spent additional money, and had to put my hair through more processing because of this. Very disappointing experience. I went in thinking I was going to have my dream hair for wedding and birthday next month but this was something else. Thank goodness for serenity's professionals. After everything that happened with my hair, I reached out to the salon owner because I felt she should be aware of my experience at her salon. Shortly afterward, the stylist contacted me directly and told me that because she rents there, I needed to deal with her and told me not to "sit there and complain" to the owner. I found this extremely unprofessional and honestly disturbing. As a paying customer, I should be able to contact the owner of the salon where I received my service without receiving a confrontational message afterward. I was simply trying to address my concerns after an already upsetting experience with my hair. The way my complaint was handled made the entire situation even more uncomfortable and disappointing. I was also advised that other stylists were laughing at my situation by another friend that went there mentioning to do voodoo doll on me. Regardless of whether she intended it as a joke, after everything that happened with my hair and the way this situation was handled, I did not find that funny at all. Truly disgusting behavior my hair was completely ruined and I have to wait years to ever touch it again.

Katie always does such a wonderful job. She listens to what my hair goals are and makes that happen! I came to Katie after dying my own hair for a while. My hair was really damaged and due to her skill and consistency my hair has grown tremendously ! It's the thickest and healthiest it's been seen before I started bleaching my hair. If you are looking for someone to hear your hair concerns and give you realistic advice while also absolutely slaying the hair game I recommend Katie .

From there, I made my first visit. I scheduled a full head balayage & hair cut. When walking in, we hit it off & there began my hair transformation! My first visit, she had to cut about 6 inches from my hair as it was pretty dead and needed some hair help. I was happy she was honest from the very start of our hair relationship. I followed her from The Cutting Room to Salon+Spa Studios happily - there was NO way I was losing her! And it felt like an upgrade in experience as the salon is so beautiful, comfortable, fun and offers other experiences such as amazing facials in the same location. I feel like her prices are very fair and worth every penny. Her website is amazing! She also has an awesome rewards program. Natalie is kind but also very straight forward with you since every client is different...would you really want anything less?! She truly loves her job with all her heart & takes it very seriously. She always wants you leaving with a huge smile on your face! Never has she once given me any false hope of expectations but she exceeds my vision every time! She also guides me when I am indecisive/have questions - I'm not the pro, and I won't assume I know how to do her job haha. I was heartbroken as my healthy, natural hair was just totally ruined and she brought it back to life after agreeing to see me very last minute. I am to this day SO grateful! We laugh about it now, I was a mess about it until she agreed to see me . I have no shame posting the before because the after stops you in your tracks! My has hair continued to grow out since then, I want it long as can be & she has kept me thee happiest blonde ever. She always teaches me about amazing new products to treat my hair after my appointment as well & the important part - I always listen!
