Came here for Friday the 13th to get a discounted tattoo with my bro. All we wanted, were matching 666 tattoos on our buttcheeks. After waiting for several hours on a wait list, we were refused service because of our religious beliefs. We were told by the owner that he is "into Jesus" and only want to "spread love." Here, we walked in, waited for Keith, the piercer, to finish a piercing and then we were immediately helped. Super quick and the price was only 65$ for a conch and lobes. Walked in to get a estimate on a tattoo, paid $40 deposit for an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Sent images to the artist/ owner of shop right away. Heard nothing (until 2 weeks later when I had an emergency that cost me all my tattoo money) come up and I texted him having to cancel. I called shop and texted owner 3 days before my appointment date to let him know. Was told I would not be getting my deposit back (was never told deposits were non-refundable in the first place). Tried to work with artist/owner and asked if he could at least give me shop credit for the tattoo at a later date when I could afford it. Completely ignored my question, heard absolutely nothing. Didn't even take time to draw up my tattoo. $40 for nothing. Unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner texted me back the next day, still ignoring my question as to whether or not he even drew up the tattoo. Said he would only give me ** 2 weeks** (to come up with $500?!!) before I would be charged another $40 deposit. Clearly this guy does not care about customers, only money. This is a very greedy and unrealistic offer. No one can make $500 of disposable income in 2 weeks unless you're stupid rich or hustling something illegal. RIDICULOUS!!! read more

The shop is clean, everyone is friendly, and Jose never disappoints, always on time, amazing artwork and always makes sure to follow up and make sure the tattoo is well. Do not go to the piercer, Nicole. She does not know what she is doing and you will most likely get an infection. She won't give you any care information, tells you to make your own solution for your piercings (so stupid). She doesn't use quality metal and rushed through the piercing. Two separate word-of-mouth sources recommended Exclusive Tattoo for piercings to me. Coming in, I asked for Keith to have my nose pierced. Initially, Kieth was busy talking with someone else and didn't address me right away. I wasn't sure how long I would have to wait, but it wasn't long at all. Keith said he had been piercing for 17 years, which was a plus. The dotted spot he put on was perfect without needing a change. The procedure was quick and hurt less than an earlobe piercing. After some minor bleeding for the first 30 mins, I cleaned it off with some witch hazel I have at home, and it looks like I've had it for a long time already (no swelling or redness). Keith offered contact info and his hours (wed-sun 1-8) in case any problems came up with the piercing. Thanks! read more

He can take any tattoo and make it Pop!! He's done my back left shoulder and my back right shoulder (all work done years ago). Keith re-did it all. This place is very clean ! I have nothing bad to say about the tattoo artist here ! I came in to get Microblading done on my Eyebrows By Krystal ! My Experience was beyond horrible . My first appointment was fine she is very nice and friendly . As soon as I got home one of my eyebrow was higher then the other and weren't lined up right in the front so I contacted her and she was more then happy to fix it I went in a 2nd time and it was better . After 1- week it all peeled off completely and never was there a single hair stroke . So I went a 3rd time to get it done all over again and I got the same result of nothing being shown ! She told me to go in and and I would have to pay a additional $50 on top of what I paid when I had already went in 3xtimes because it wasent right . My frustration is that I followed exactly everything she had told me and the follow up paper she gave me and the money I paid I have nothing to show for ! At this point I wanted my refund . And I contacted her about it and I got no response ...!!. read more

I went to get a tattoo that has a very special meaning to me. I got a wine glass with 'Nana' in cursive underneath. Simple and easy. I got tattooed by Keith, he rushed and not was not really focused on my tattoo. Nana looks like Nona, the shading in the wine glass doesn't look good, and the bottom of the glass is crooked. If you have been tattooing for 16 years basic line work and shading shouldn't be difficult. read more

I got my septum pierced a little over a month ago. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. To the fat lady behind the counter you lied. He is not the best Piercer in Butte County! He sucks, mine is crooked, turned out UGLY. My advise is don't stop your tattoos to rush a piercing just to make a quick buck because customers like myself get fucked!! I tried to upload a pic but it wouldn't let me. The shop was ok looking. I just think the guy who did my piercing has no manners. Last piece of advise if you want clients coming back. 1. Belching as loud as you do is strait nasty bro. 2. Give your client just a couple seconds of your time so the piercing will be strait. 3. Stop having the fat cow behind your counter lie for you, I'm sure she scares off enough clients try to keep new ones happy don't leave with strait regret.
