They are on a first come first serve basis and I arrive on a Monday as soon as they opened they have my midsize SUV in and out and complete within 45 minutes. I absolutely love my tent and even though I went in there, saying one thing it was explained to me Why I should have something else and I'm so glad that I listen to professionals and did what I did I got the ceramic tent and it blocks out probably 80% of the heat. I would normally feel inside of my vehicle even the sunshade that I use. I now can feel a difference when I get in my car mid afternoon compared to prior to getting the tent this is an absolute value and worth every cent.
