He did a real bad job on my front windshield. I called him and told him the next day. His respond back to me was, I am too busy I see you next month June 5th, I told him OK, but thank God I used my AMEX to pay this guy. I put a dispute on that transaction. Anyway I gave him the benefit of a doubt and got here today the 5th of June 2021 at 9 am to the same parking space where I seen him the last time and he is not here. I am calling him and he is not answering. I got the rest of my tints done at a shop that I go all the time Ultimate Tints in Michigan they are the BEST, but they did not have time to do my front windshield so I try this guy since I seen a few 5 stars in which I believe they were done by him. This guys is a thief and a con artist for sure. If I can give him a 0 stars I would but the system is making me give him 1 at lease but he does not deserved not even one. Then he brags about how great and expensive he is. This guy is a total joke. I just seen this jokers respond to my post. Now he is not a joker he is a big clown with the respond he gave. What happen today? You did not show to fix what you did wrong? I was there and you were not. Why did you schedule me a month later, to not show? But you think people are dumb with all the words you place on the warranty. If this was install wrong and had a bunch of defects done or created by you. The warranty does not cover. The first time we met, I was not late one hour I was late even more than one hour but I called you and asked you if it was ok to come late and you told me yes! Why are you saying that you used the most sophisticated equipment if you do not know how to do a properly installation with the film on a glass. You can have the best blower and equipment but my friend if you install the way you do, please save the words or pawn all that equipment you have. Not only a joker but why are you lien saying that you were booked the first day we met. Do you think that a person or a business person is booked like you said or state in one day and someone comes 3 hours late will be service. Hell NO!! When I got there to the parking shop you were counting the oil spots from the paver of the parking. It was a ghost town. I was there probably two hours getting just the front windshield done and I did not see one person waiting for me. BTW I left you, some plastic tool that you left inside my car and a rag in the parking space this morning. So you will not accused me of anything since I am Hispanic lol. Bozo! What I like about you is that right after I post my review you had someone else post a positive one. But if you look at all your post and the time frame when they were post you can or anyone can tell that your trying to cover my post a busy person like you say you are has hundreds of post like Ultima Tinted Windows in Michigan. But again if the appointment was cancel why did I received an email from the lady that owns the business you work for yesterday, reminding me of my appointment today. Joker! Of course no one will trust you and I will ask anyone that visit this thieve to pay with a credit card. Because if you pay cash you will be burn. The best thing I did was to pay with a credit card.
