This guy is shady, I went into a public parking space to get my windshield done. Is a multilevel parking garage. He told me, that he rents a parking space. He did a real bad job on my front windshield. I called him and told him the next day. His respond back to me was, I am too busy I see you next month June 5th, I told him OK, but thank God I used my AMEX to pay this guy. I put a dispute on that transaction. Anyway I gave him the benefit of a doubt and got here today the 5th of June 2021 at 9 am to the same parking space where I seen him the last time and he is not here. I am calling him and he is not answering. I got the rest of my tints done at a shop that I go all the time Ultimate Tints in Michigan they are the BEST, but they did not have time to do my front windshield so I try this guy since I seen a few 5 stars in which I believe they were done by him. This guys is a thief and a con artist for sure. If I can give him a 0 stars I would but the system is making me give him 1 at lease but he does not deserved not even one. Then he brags about how great and expensive he is. This guy is a total joke. I just seen this jokers respond to my post. Now he is not a joker he is a big clown with the respond he gave. What happen today? You did not show to fix what you did wrong? I was there and you were not. Why did you schedule me a month later, to not show? But you think people are dumb with all the words you place on the warranty. If this was install wrong and had a bunch of defects done or created by you. The warranty does not cover. The first time we met, I was not late one hour I was late even more than one hour but I called you and asked you if it was ok to come late and you told me yes! But now your saying that my truck was too big and this is why you did it in a parking space? Lol, I also want to ask one last question what does this has to do with the business own by a woman? When I got there to the parking shop you were counting the oil spots from the paver of the parking. It was a ghost town. I was there probably two hours getting just the front windshield done and I did not see one person waiting for me. BTW I left you, some plastic tool that you left inside my car and a rag in the parking space this morning. So you will not accused me of anything since I am Hispanic lol. Bozo! This company is top notch. They offered free valet service to pick up and deliver my truck when it was finished. They were on time for the pickup appointment and the truck was back quicker than expected. I got the high heat rejecting ceramic tint and it is beautiful. Feels cooler now. I asked for information about the tint the next day after they sent me the link to pay in full before the job was even done a full week before the appointment. I call many times and only got voice mail for days. I also texted many times via the Yelp text app. Still nothing! I requested a refund for over $516.00 since no service was received, or tint applied. However, I got a reply from one text saying that a guy was going to call me back the next day. It never happened so I called my credit card company and they said I have to wait for 10 days for their help on this issue. After the 10 days is over I'm sure with the payment being done by a credit card, I will get back my money. But what a hassle! I never got a reply back from this company after I requested a cancelation the next morning. Days have gone by and still no answer. It will be exactly a full week tomorrow!
