An attendant jumps in my car and drives me directly across Main Street to my little towns adult libation emporium. I'd tell you the name, but Yelp gets a little pissy about using other business names in a review. I meet up with friends there and quaff a beverage or two or three. 90 minutes later the owner of AAA showed up with my keys. My beautifully finished car is parked outside waiting for me! $40 + tip and my car was spotless inside and out! Note that the price depends on the size of the vehicle. The prewash took a lot longer than it should, but they did go over the entire outside and the tires and wheel wells. The help was pleasant enough, should not have take a half hour just to get into the wash, only three cars in front of us. As I said, it used to be a great place, not so much anymore. The price beats any of the other car washes by a mile, but service does suffer! My car was very clean though, so there is something to be said for that!

The Packages-$10, $15, $20, and $25. You know the deal. Each increase in price adds more soaps and coatings and waxes or whatever. Just for the hell of it, I went with the $15 package which they call the Uptown. The Process- The touchscreen process was easy. It gently tried to get me to upgrade but I told it to go to hell and got what I wanted. The Wash & Dry- This is a drive-thru facility and I've been to a million of these places but this one is a little special. They've got strong LED lights that keep changing color as you move through. One minute the inside of your car is glowing blue, then green etc. It's a little like an amusement park ride and not unpleasant. When you exit there is a long line of do-it-yourself vacuums that are free. They are very powerful. My car looked great. Their pricing is in the middle of the competition in the area. All in all, a solid experience.

Just one of those you find in the shadower sides of town that isn't on a shadow side. Beware of the carwash. Majority of the time doesn't work. The times it does you be lucky to have your car come out cleaner let alone with out a new scratch.

They arrived. They were courteous, quick (40 min) and professional, and were able to patch up the tire after removing what turned out to be a valve cap. Then, when they double checked their work, they found another nail and took that one out for no additional charge! Extremely reasonable prices (~$30) definitely way cheaper than investing in a new tire if I'd gone to a dealer! Highly recommend, would definitely go back next time I get another flat!

Let's all agree that finding a mechanic that we can trust is to this day one of the hardest things…read moreto do. Many people walk away after paying and still don't know if they can trust this person, but when you find somebody that you do, trust you stick with them for a lifetime if possible. Let me begin by saying that Tony and his brother have a shop that you can trust and believe in! Recommended to us by the friend of my mother, we have been taking both of our cars for maintenance to Tony for the better part of a year. We've been there three times and have never had to return with the vehicle for problems. Tony and his brother own the shop and they work fast and they do the job right. Their communication is great. They typically keep in touch with you to let you know what the status of the vehicle is, and they keep you updated on the probable amount you will need to pay . They offer warranty on their work and they believe in doing the job right the first time. They do not skimp or cut corners. Most recently, for example, I had a problem with my AC. I took it to another shop originally last summer 2023. This shop came highly recommended by Napa auto parts, but it was still intermittently not functioning correctly and they were telling me that it was leaking antifreeze. They didn't bother to even fix that. They told me I needed to fix it before they could continue. Why didn't they just fix this? The issue got worse, unfortunately till the point that I had absolutely no AC. I took the vehicle over to Tony after a year of intermittent to no AC. Tony's team thought it was an electrical problem at first, but then recognized that the compressor that was intermittently going out. it was time for replacement. He replaced the hose and replaced the compressor and other parts that were necessary. The car came back to me in the exact condition I sent it to him, except the AC was finally fixed! The car ran like it was brand new and he even aired up the back tire which I failed to mention to him and they fixed the leak of antifreeze. This is not the first time I had brought a card to Tony and it won't be the last. I cannot recommend this business enough and hope that you will choose Tony for your needs as well. He has a great team. They work hard and on top of this, Tony worked on the car on the Fourth of July and he single-handedly returned it to my mother while I was at work since when we had no transportation to come pick up the car! Beat that! Again, I cannot recommend Tony and his brother enough. Their team is above stellar as long as I am in Sebring I will continue to work with him!

This gave the opportunity to ask questions which they covered with clarifications. They made sure each incoming part was the correct fit. Took sending those that were not right back to the supplier. In 1 case meant getting the lamp replacement part from Subaru direct. We were picked up at their location for the temporary rental with Enterprise and were able to leave the rental at the body shop when we picked up our car. This was convenient. On the 2nd Claim: Damages - Impact to driver mirror cracked outer mirror body, dents and scratches to multiple body parts including a poor attempt of a person I hired to cover the scratches (who made it worse) Outcome: - new mirror put on car - great body work and match on paint blending - 64 West Collision worked with budgeting best deal for all Follow On: - you always don't see the small details at pick-up. In our case we had two spots that only needed paint thinner to solve. With the primary claim, a small mark due to taping and with the second claim, a small area due to overspray from the guy I hired to touch up the scratches. Closing Comment: They are professional, all communications left me feeling comfortable and they carried through with a promise of satisfaction on work done.

This manager/owner is by far the worst buiseness man I've ever had the unpleasant experience of doing buiseness with. Chris is a very nice gentleman, but the business should and does depend on owner's and good will with customers. This will NEVER happen at this facility.
