Booked them online-it was pretty easy and only a couple of bucks more than a cab. Once my plane landed I had a text with the driver's phone number. Once I got my bag, I called the driver and he picked me up within 5 minutes . Pretty easy. The driver was very nice and courteous. Drove very safely and he got me to my hotel In 15 or so minutes. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for the driver to get us at the airport even though he said he was in the airport cell phone lot. We called when we had our luggage and confirmed the pickup location - and then waited in the heat. The driver had the baseball game on in the car and proceeded to drink his water. We had just got off of a 10-hour flight from Europe and the driver never offered us water. After having such attentive drivers in Europe - we will never use Execucar again. I ordered a SuperShuttle to take my Mom and her friend to Sky Harbor Airport. I paid $33 for a car to pick them up, so it was passed to ExecuCar. They were suppose to picked up at 3:55 am, they were standing in front of their house at 3:45 am. The car never showed up. My mom called SuperShuttle and then I called and all the lady said was that the shuttle was there, but it was never there, they were standing in front of her house for a half hour. All the information I gave them was correct. The lady from SuperShuttle said I wouldn't get a refund because it was a no show, which is a complete lie! I ended up calling Uber, which only cost $12. She ended up making her flight, thank goodness. SuperShuttle/ExecuCar has terrible customer service! I will never use either one again. read more

I strongly recommend using any other car service other than ExecuCar. We reserved an ExecuCar for our wedding to pick us up at our reception and take us to our hotel, and they did not show up. After multiple phone calls of them telling us 10 more minutes, we were finally driven to our hotel on our wedding night by our parents. We missed the send-off from our guests because the car never showed up and we were the last two people to leave our wedding because of this company. They are not only unreliable, they don't know how to value important events, or respond to customer complaints or issues. I used Execucar a while back because they seemed professional and well, executive... My driver came at the right time for pick up and that's pretty much where the positives stop... He was completely rude and just a complete a-hole We tried to make convo with each other but he made it seem like I was not the typical demographic that he transports OK I'm young and I only needed his services for this one ride If I wanted some lip, I would've got a cab driver who I could hardly understand He went on an on about how he picks up business professionals and celebrities... I was sitting in the back rolling my eyes thinking "D-listers hardly count as celebs" as he was going through his list of has-beens and one hit wonders... The entire ride the driver belittled me and made it sound like he was doing me a huge favor in driving me when really I kept thinking, any other form of transportation would've been a better option After a while I just tuned him out and ignored him Also, the car was not cute or clean at all The "leather" interior was dated and gross I kept thinking I should've used a Lyft instead because they have nice drivers who can make convo in a nice, professional way... In today's environment of zero tolerance of drinking and driving (for millions of good reasons), its good to have a phone number programmed in your cell phone that is truly useful when you've had a little too much to drink. This ain't no 2 a.m. booty call. This is a call that gets you home safely and back to your car in the morning all for a few mere dollars that potentially saves you thousands in the long run. Yes, you can also call a myriad of other cab companies, but the thing I love most about Execuar is the professionalism that they bring to my front door each and every time they pick me up or take me home. Do they make mistakes, sure. Have they left me waiting for an inexcusable amount of time before, yes. But they have done their "fare-share" in managing those few situations. Booked and prepaid online for a pickup at the airport. When we arrived we called and said they were sending a car and it would take 20 minutes. Ummm. Why did we bother booking to wait? Well they said they didn't get the correct flight info. Ok so why not call and leave a message so we could call back or even simply look up the friggin info! Fine. Waited 20 minutes and nothing. 10 more minutes we call again. The driver went to our house instead of picking us at the airport! Waited another 20 minutes (with 10 minutes of waiting in the rain because they said they were "pulling" up now) Never again. Update: After about a month someone personally contacted us and apologized and kindly setup a refund for half of the total cost of the trip. Then the refund took about another 2 weeks after I had to contact them again. I am adding another star to my original review and I am reconsidering to try them again soon. read more

They drive safely and got us to and from the airport quickly and efficiently. So much better than shared vans that we used in the past. I've been using ExecuCar for half a decade now on my trips to and from the airport for international travel, and have had nothing but great experience with them. Many years prior, I had been using the much maligned SuperShuttle that they related to, but made the switch after using the ExecuCar sedans for business trips a few times. Without hesitation, I can say that I will never go back to shared van's for travel to and from the airport. It's just so nice to have the car arrive on time, every time, exclusively for you and your party and no nonsense having to wait for other people to get their crap together, who ultimately slow you down. With the sedan, my party and I hop in and we go straight to the airport. No drama, no nonsense, no reliance on other travelers and their issues with being ready on time. I have always gotten stellar service, courteous and safe drivers and never once been late to the airport, in fact I've always been earlier than expected for as far back as I can remember. Always much respect for my preference to either be chatted with or just leave me to catch a few more winks of sleep on the way, which is definitely appreciated. By contrast, the van drivers would never shut up, and neither would any of the other douchebag passengers and their annoying children. Yes, you're going on a trip. Yes it's exciting. No, I don't want to hear about it at 3am on the way to the airport, I just want peace and quiet. With the ExecuCar sedan, I never have these problems. It's absolute, sheer bliss and the only way I will travel to the airport. A tip for those that seem to have issues on their return trip, as far as connecting with a sedan once you arrive -stop being cheap and pay for the full meet and greet service at the airport. Yes it costs a few dollars more, but you get a driver that's been waiting, even if your flight is an hour late, holding up a sign (or a tablet) with your name on it, right as you walk into baggage claim. For the peace of mind and not having to chase down anyone or make phone calls when I arrive, it was well worth the few extra dollars it cost me. Seriously folks, you just blew how many thousands on airfare, but you can't spend another $20 for meet and greet service? Really? I have never had late pick up, late drop off or any problems connecting with any of the drivers. Nothing but top notch, professional and courteous staff. Do yourself a favor, spend a few extra bucks and have one less thing to worry about. Getting from point A to point B isn't that difficult as long as you don't cheap out or have unrealistic expectations. EXECU CAR I have never used this service but after the attitude of one of their Drivers I would never suggest to anyone that they call on this company for a ride. While waiting for a friend at the MonteLucia (very Swanky high dollar resort in PV) some meathead Driver went on Power trip trying to assert his authority and thought he would dictate where i could park while waiting to pick up friends who were walking from their room. He was crying,waa waa waa, this is our spot to park (so he can wait to overcharge a person for a ride). Told him no problem, that I would move when my friends arrived and then he could have his coveted contracted parking spot again. I take care of both of my elderly parents and my mom is handicapped. We had to be picked up at 3am to go to the airport and then needed to be picked up at the airport at the end of our trip. It was such a blessing to have a driver. With both my parents in wheelchairs and 6 pieces of luggage I was kind of stressing, but both drivers were just awesome. They loaded the luggage and they both took such care with my parents, especially my mom and always took care of her first and foremost. This is our new transportation service. I've used this car service many times to go to/from the airport on business trips. The drivers are always at least 5-10 minutes early picking me up from home, which is great because sometimes I want to leave a little early. They're also very courteous and take care of your luggage and door when you get in/out. They hate it when I do it myself....that kind of stuff doesn't matter to me, but I've learned to let them do it because I get the feeling that they're required to and will get in trouble if they don't. I have no idea how they would be audited, but I just go along with it. The cars are always well kept, comfortable, and the AC is always on....in Phoenix, it's important to have the car cool. There's controls in the back for you to take care of the temperature if it's not right for you when you get in. There's also a complimentary bottle of Water waiting for you in the back as well. Let me say this before I get into my review of this company. I was just a passenger who rode along with my friend who swears by execucar. This is not a company that I would normally use and have never used prior to this particular occasion. But my friend like I said uses them all the time and has great things to say about them. So like I said I rode along on a trip to the airport and I found the car to be an older vehicle that was not very clean. The driver arrived 15 minutes late with a bad attitude. When I got into the vehicle the driver looked me up-and-down like I was a piece of meat. But most of all the driver smelled like some kind of road kill because there is no way this guy has taken a shower in at least 6 months. How this company can hire people like this to drive people around I don't know. And I'm stunned that my friend uses them all the time. As far as I'm concerned personally I will never use them because Hygiene is really something that you need to have if you're driving somebody. This company needs to tell its drivers to start using soap and water on a regular basis. read more

Wish I could give them negative stars. If you need to get to the airport for a specific flight - take Uber or find another way - because these guys will leave you in a lurch. I booked them more than a week before my trip - leaving the country for two weeks. Pre-paid, including a generous tip. Got a text message confirmation the day before leaving. As I was locking my front door to go out and meet my car, they called me to tell me that they didn't have a driver available to pick me up. Isn't that what my reservation was for? After a couple of scary near-misses with pickups by local cab companies to go to the airport, I have used ExecuCar exclusively for several years. They are a little more expensive, but worth it. Drivers are always on time and frequently early no matter what time the pickup. I have never had a missed pickup. Cars are always immaculate, drivers drive efficiently but safely and are unfailingly professional and courteous. I do note with concern that they now have some sort of relationship with SuperShuttle, so I worry that they may not operate as well in the future. My family and I have used Execu Car many times and we have always had excellent service. The drivers show up 10 mins earlier than the scheduled pick up time. Even the ones who don't like to chat are still nice and professional. Not all people like to chat so I don't care as long as they are polite and professional. The gentleman who picked us up at the airport tonight was their before our flight landed and sent text messages to alert us which airport curb door he was parked near. This was a nice touch beyond the normal procedure which is for the passenger to call when they arrive. Even then, I've never waited more than 10-15 mins. The Lincoln Town Cars are so comfy and spacious after a long flight. I'm sad to see some Yelp reviewers had a bad experience, but that is not the norm and I would not be scared away from using this service. Pick up on 6/29 went without a hitch. American delayed our flight and reschedule was easy. Return on 7/9 did not go well. Our red eye on 7/7 was delayed 23 hours. I called and they rescheduled the for arrival on 7/8. Our flight was further delayed another day due to mechanical. I called when we left the airport to reschedule for 7/9. I got a call in Hawaii at 5:30a on 7/8 saying driver was running late. I advised that I rescheduled it for tomorrow with dispatch. Upon arrival on 7/9 there was no driver. I called dispatch and they said I no-showed on 7/8. I took a lyft home. I have emailed Customer Service twice in a week with no reply. No bueno read more

I would not even give it a star. When I scheduled the pick up I asked especifically to be picked up at 1.45 Pm because I always have a issues and delays in customs. when at 2.30 nobody was picking up I called execuCar and they told me that a driver was there At 11.30 as that was the time my plane landed. They didn't call they didn't email or anything. It doesn't matter at what time u asked to be picked up. According to the person I talked to they use the flight information so if you actually have delays in customs or your airplane is delayed you can expect to be left at the airport. It took me forever to be able to get a hold of somebody and they were not even nice. I paid $90 that they did not refunded me plus the $30 for Uber to drive me home. Execucar is unreliable. They are regularly late for airport pick ups. If you are landing in Phoenix you should call another company. Waiting for an Execucar pickup doubles the time to get to the hotel because they make you wait at the curb for over 30 minutes in the Phoenix heat even when you have a reservation. It is ridiculous that they commit to pick you up at the curb within 5 minutes of calling for pickup (this is on a prereserved ride), and then they show up 30 minutes later. After the third time this occurred, I called customer service to complain and ask for a refund. They waited 2 weeks, called me back and asked for more details and asked what I wanted for compensation. I told them I wanted a refund. They then took another 2 weeks to call me back and wasted my time by asking all the same questions again and then saying they couldn't offer me any compensation. I have never had a worse transportation provider in my life, and I've had some pretty bad transportation providers. read more

Love execucar. I used to use Super Shuttle a lot, but as I grew in my career, I began to need a more personalized experienced which Execucar had to offer. I've never had a bad experience, and I've never had the same driver twice, which tells me they train their drivers well and have high standards. I am willing to pay extra to get those high standards. I've tried Uber, Lyft and taxis, but no one even comes close to the service I get with Execucar. Only recommendation is to offer a loyalty program to loyal customers like me! read more

What can I say about Execucar. I love their service. It cost just as much if not cheaper than taking a cab for me. I make a reservation on-line, get confirmation via email as well as a phone call the day before confirming my reservation. The cars are always nice, clean, and fresh smelling (yes that may seem weird but I have been in some cabs that were like WHOA!) The drivers are always in shirts, ties, and slacks and they are professional and courteous. I have never had a driver be late (knock on wood) and they have always gotten me to the airport on-time. I had a really early flight the day after Christmas. I couldn't find a ride to pick me up from the airport, I decided to use Execucar's will call service since I had tons of luggage. It was awesome. There was driver waiting in the waiting lot for me when my plane landed. When I called him at baggage claim they came to get me in a matter of minutes. I was traveling with my little dog and completely made the process easy to be picked up curbside. The car was clean, plus our driver was very friendly and professional. I was told my concerns were being escalated, and then I received the following canned response: "According to your feedback, you experienced a number of failures on your last couple of Ecar reservations. It's clear that we have not provided you with the professional, courteous, and timely service to which we are committed. I have provided your information to operations management so that additional research can be done, and training needs can be addressed, to ensure that this is not repeated. We hope that you will provide us the opportunity to make things up to you." That does it for me. It's one thing to provide horrible service, but another to pretend to care about customers for the sake of social media. And, then another to just outright dismiss the issues entirely. read more

When I needed car service for a work related trip in Phoenix, I had my assistant call the Phoenician (the last hotel I stayed at there) for a recommendation. They suggested Execu Car which by the way is affiliated with the familiar blue SuperShuttle. Anyways, I had a pick-up at the airport, drop off and wait at a site, and then drop-off at the airport. The company has the contract to service the W which says something about their ability to deliver service. They did each time I used them. In one instance I took a cab to one location and ExecuCar on the way back. ExecuCar was faster and less expensive. My only wish was that their dispatch was a friendly as their drivers. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes because they sent driver to wrong terminal even though it was clearly marked on the email confirmation. Once we got rolling however our driver was extremely courteous, the vehicle was immaculate, cool inside and we got home with no further delays. Was not able to leave a tip as their system does not allow you to add it digitally,so bring a little cash. Overall pretty good, will consider using again. read more
