My father passed away, and I brought in his truck to have it detailed before selling it. They quoted me $325, which I felt was rather high, but I just wanted to get it done. They told me that they purchased vehicles as well and immediately began to downplay the truck's value. Among other things, they emphasized that it was a two-wheel drive rather than a four-wheel drive. When I mentioned the low mileage, he acted like it didn't matter. I was initially given a lowball offer of $22,000. As for the quality of the detailing, there were stains on the seats that were not removed. I had specifically pointed out one of them, and they went back and told me that it was overspray, had been taken care of it and that it was no longer there. When I checked later, the stain was still there and was worse now due to marked areas from scrubbing. As to the exterior, I will say that they did a fairly good job cleaning and polishing. However, I also noticed a fairly large dent on the back of the truck that I had not noticed before the detailing, which was quite upsetting. I cannot confirm with certainty that it was not previously there, but I had looked the truck over and do not remember seeing it. They later increased their offer on the truck to $25,000. I asked whether they would be willing to come up to $26,000 because I believed I could likely receive higher offers elsewhere. The guy became upset and rude and repeatedly insisted that he had given me a fair price. He then remarked that the vehicle had been in two car accidents. I didn't believe that. That very same day, my next two offers came in at $26,000 and $26,500. I was given the CARFAX report by one of the dealers, and it shows only one accident, not two. Apparently claiming two accidents was just another thing that Executive Auto used to try to bring down the price. I feel like they tried to take advantage of someone who was vulnerable.

I found this shop on Yelp and was impressed by how quickly they responded with a quote--faster than any other place I reached out to. They were able to take me in the very next day and did a spectacular job detailing my car inside & out, which was long overdue for a deep clean. When I picked it up, I noticed a small stain on the ceiling that may have been missed (easy to overlook), but they took care of it on the spot without any hesitation. Excellent customer service. Before I left, I booked another appointment to bring in my husband's truck the very next day. After multiple camping trips and traveling with our long-haired German Shepherd, it definitely needed some attention too. They offered reasonable pricing for the high-quality work and even gave me a deal for bringing in the second vehicle. Gunner was very professional, friendly, and eager to help. Highly recommend this place!

We took my sisters car there a few weeks ago. Her front and back windshield had been smashed in. Her having kids we needed to make sure as much glass as possible would be vacuumed out if it. They took good care of it and did a great job. They kept in an extra day because there was so much glass but kept us in the loop about needed to keep it. The fact that they kept it showed that they cared that it was safe for my sister and her family. We will defiantly go back to them. read more

Back again! This time after some buddies puked in my wife's car. Needless to say she was less than impressed, so back to Executive to bring this baby back to showroom quality. And as I knew, Isaac and his team made my wife's car amazing! Not a single hint of that smell, they even took the door panels off to make sure they got every drop! When I bought my Chevy cobalt (coupe) I lived in a house where she got a bath and vacuum once a week. She lost that when I moved into an apartment. Keeping up with maintenance took priority to her looks. Well I just left executive auto detailing and I could not be happier! She's beautiful! My car had not been vacuumed literally in years. I ran her thru a car wash every couple weeks or so and that was all the care she received. I have a cat who never road in my car but her fur found its way into my car. Horrible! Only have one star because I had to. Detail is in their name but not something they pay attention to. Picked up car from a dealership who took it here and looked worse than a dusty car after a rainy day. I detail cars and am meticulous with my cars but this was a sloppy job and any normal person would see that. Wax residue left everywhere. Water spots on my black rims, some that won't come off. Smudges all over the car and windows from not wiping wax correctly. Grease residue inside from the products they used. Could see finger prints all over my leather seats. Removed my towels I place on my seats. Took me over 3 hours to get it they way it was when I detail it and get all the residue and smudges off. Words don't do anything to how upset I am. A brand new car and they let it leave them the way they did. Definitely not a professional detail. Also how do you wax or buff a piece of a vehicle and burn it, to where the paint comes off if you are a professional business. Not even a month old and I have to get parts replaced now. read more

Went to Executive Auto Detailing close to closing time to see if they can get some scratches out of my Jaguar, talked to a guy and he was straightforward about what he can do, so i left my car there and thry gave me a ride home, called me the next day said car will be ready at 4:30, went to go pick up car and was amazed at the quality worked they performed, not only did the scratches come out, but the color matched somr areas that needed it, and they even did thr inside, when he told mr the price was just for the outside, car looks so much better now, a will recommend you take your car there if you need a Great Detail. read more

These guys are the best! I was a little intimidated when I drove my Sonata in with all of these high end cars around but Isaac and Droor were amazing! The team at EAD does such a fantastic job and are nothing short of professional! They detailed my interior, engine and buffed the exterior. I would totally recommend this place! Had all the help and advices I needed to avoid any future minor scratches. The price given to me was SURPRISINGLY cheaper than I thought it would be since it had some concerns of being a black car. This place is amazing! We called a couple days before and made an appointment, they got us in with no problem. They did our 4Runner in one day, inside and out, and we felt comfortable leaving it with them. When we arrived to pick it up Gunner went over everything that was done and he was super helpful. My son's car was scratched in the back corner. Both body shops we took it to quoted $700 -$1000. We knew the damage wasn't that bad and removing or replacing the bumper wasn't necessary. I looked on Yelp for auto detailers who did touch up and the only one was Executive Auto. Wow, you can't see any of the scratches nor damage! Amazing job and 1/3 the price! Ok, I was planning on doing a review a month ago when I got my car detailed but forgot to do it. So here it is...This place did a fabulous job, not a speck of dirt to be found anywhere on the car and the detail job was immaculate. I was super happy. Honestly, it was the cleanest detail I've ever had on a car. I should say I got the detail as a gift certificate for my birthday and sometimes I think places don't try as hard when its a gift certificate, but they did great work. My Subaru was an absolute mess inside and out because I like to take it off-roading. I took it to executive auto with lots of scratches on the outside from tree branches and a pretty bad interior. They gave me a really fair price, and they said that that they would make my car like new! I was extremely happy with the detail and my car has no scratches anymore, and the interior is like they said, new! Highly highly recommend! read more

This was my first experience having my automobile professionally detailed. When I first started calling around for quotes, my jaw just about hit the floor with the quotes I was receiving. I don't own some fancy sportscar, just a family car. I came on yelp to find suggestions for reasonable services, filled out a request form, and Executive Auto Detailing responded within minutes. I brought my car by later than afternoon where they confirmed the quote they'd given me through Yelp. To be honest, the minimal price compared to the other quotes I received had me a little reluctant to assume they'd do a good job, but man was I surprised. Quality work. They got my 2014 Chevrolet Traverse which had been very lived in by family looking as close to brand new as I could possibly imagine it getting. The price stayed where they quoted, and they went above-and-beyond to get it looking nice and spiffy. As I was leaving, I noticed one tiny little detail that I wanted them to go over, and Gunner took over, fixed the small little detail, and then re-checked the entire vehicle while I waited. They went back over it to make sure there was nothing else missed. Friendly staff, great place. I will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

I recently purchased a used vehicle from a private party and the inside was GROSS! I got a great deal on it and I knew I could have it detailed. Every surface of this 2007 Explorer was dirty or covered in dog hair! Isaac at Executive Auto Detail had 4, sometimes 5 guys working on this car for a day and a half! It turned out better than I thought it ever could! Isaac made sure the car was to my satisfaction and even told me if I noticed something, anything they may have missed, I can bring it back for them to take care of! Everyone at Executive Detailing, either on the phone or in person, was polite & helpful. They responded to my request for a quote within minutes and their quote was better for my budget than some of the other places I looked into. I called around town for pricing to detail my used 2012 Nissan Pathfinder. Out of 5 detailers, they were the most competitive. Then they dropped the price $10 at time of payment! In short, the vehicle looked like I just drove off a 2018 model ! It looked almost brand new and I was a little shocked. It was in good condition when I bought it. It was in mint condition when I left Executive Auto Detailing. The owner's responded fast and performed exceptional. The leather seats, carpet, interior and exterior trim was basically restored (without the restored price). They forgot to wax the top and I had to come back, but they didn't argue, just completed it as fast as they could. I will be coming back for more detailing for sure. read more

We drove from Sacramento to Fresno to purchase a vehicle from Executive Auto Sales and we were not pleased with the cleanliness of the vehicle. We were told by phone that it would be ready for pickup and it wasn't. Gunner over in detail took ownership of the condition and said he'd take care of every concern that I had with the vehicle. By the time our purchase was complete he pulled the vehicle out front and it gleamed in the sunlight better than a new car! Had to take my newly purchased car from Executive Auto back to their dealership due to my daughter pulling the car out of the garage and getting a scratch on the side of the car! Took the car back to see what had to be done. Thought I would need to leave my car or sit in their waiting room.... so I took a book just in case. Isaac from Executive's Detailing Dept. looked at the scratch and said.... no problem! He repaired it within 5 minutes. Didn't even have time to read my book. Executive Detailing is AWESOME! Great detail and great customer service! Took my Wife's Nissan Pathfinder to them and they made it look new again in one day. They even touched up a couple rock chips on the hood and bumper. They polished the headlights and made them look great couldn't believe how good they look. The even got all of my labrador "Emma's" dog hair out of the carpet, usually when I take it to a car wash they cant get all the dog hair out. I had my car washed and detailed at the Blackstone location. The quality of the wash and the interior work was great! The person who detailed my car was named Alex. He was really respectful and courteous, and made sure I was satisfied and asked if there was anything else that I needed. As a customer I felt valued and will for sure remain a loyal customer! I had my mini van detailed here after my wife spilled some smelly soup in it and took it in to have the smell removed and have it detailed. I only had the inside done since it was an older van and they gave it back to where the inside looked brand new. The price was reasonable and the customer service was excellent. I took my car this morning for a complete clean up both internally and outside and I was told that they might have to keep it overnight as the fabric needs to dry up due to the stains. To my surprise I got my car by the end of the same day and the work done was absolutely fantastic which was done as if the car was in the showroom. I brought my Infinity in after being at the lake all summer. The paint was scratched and spotted with sap. There were pine needles, dirt and dog hair inside the car. It was a mess! I had the interior of my 2003 station wagon which I got as a graduation gift the carpet was horrendous, the seats were stained, overall it was an old car that was pretty filthy inside. I brought it in to get cleaned up and I was so happy to see the carpet looked like new the seats were clean not a single stain and the rest of the interior look amazing!! However, there were complete areas that were missed: under the rear window, headrests, front of console, etc. There was also some just splashing from the cleaning that wasn't wiped up. I opted out of the trunk and exterior cleaning. Took 1.5 hours and was $250. The price was standard for the area, not really a bargain or overcharge. It was over the estimated price. The bad: there are two small burn marks in one of the seats that were not there before. I wouldn't have been too upset if they had said anything but failed to mention it. Again, was not expecting my car to look perfect, it's over a decade old. They put in a lot of work, but there were some areas for improvement.
