This was my first experience having my automobile professionally detailed.  When I first started calling around for quotes, my jaw just about hit the floor with the quotes I was receiving.  I don't own some fancy sportscar, just a family car.  I came on yelp to find suggestions for reasonable services, filled out a request form, and Executive Auto Detailing responded within minutes.  I brought my car by later than afternoon where they confirmed the quote they'd given me through Yelp.  To be honest, the minimal price compared to the other quotes I received had me a little reluctant to assume they'd do a good job, but man was I surprised.  Quality work.  They got my 2014 Chevrolet Traverse which had been very lived in by family looking as close to brand new as I could possibly imagine it getting.  The price stayed where they quoted, and they went above-and-beyond to get it looking nice and spiffy.  As I was leaving, I noticed one tiny little detail that I wanted them to go over, and Gunner took over, fixed the small little detail, and then re-checked the entire vehicle while I waited.  They went back over it to make sure there was nothing else missed.  Friendly staff, great place.  I will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

I recently purchased a used vehicle from a private party and the inside was GROSS! I got a great deal on it and I knew I could have it detailed. Every surface of this 2007 Explorer was dirty or covered in dog hair! Isaac at Executive Auto Detail had 4, sometimes 5 guys working on this car for a day and a half! It turned out better than I thought it ever could! Isaac made sure the car was to my satisfaction and even told me if I noticed something, anything they may have missed, I can bring it back for them to take care of! I called around town for pricing to detail my used 2012 Nissan Pathfinder. Out of 5 detailers, they were the most competitive. Then they dropped the price $10 at time of payment! In short, the vehicle looked like I just drove off a 2018 model ! It looked almost brand new and I was a little shocked. It was in good condition when I bought it. It was in mint condition when I left Executive Auto Detailing. The owner's responded fast and performed exceptional. The leather seats, carpet, interior and exterior trim was basically restored (without the restored price). They forgot to wax the top and I had to come back, but they didn't argue, just completed it as fast as they could. I will be coming back for more detailing for sure. read more

We drove from Sacramento to Fresno to purchase a vehicle from Executive Auto Sales and we were not pleased with the cleanliness of the vehicle. We were told by phone that it would be ready for pickup and it wasn't. Gunner over in detail took ownership of the condition and said he'd take care of every concern that I had with the vehicle. Had to take my newly purchased car from Executive Auto back to their dealership due to my daughter pulling the car out of the garage and getting a scratch on the side of the car! Took the car back to see what had to be done. Thought I would need to leave my car or sit in their waiting room.... so I took a book just in case. Great detail and great customer service! Took my Wife's Nissan Pathfinder to them and they made it look new again in one day. They even touched up a couple rock chips on the hood and bumper. They polished the headlights and made them look great couldn't believe how good they look. The even got all of my labrador "Emma's" dog hair out of the carpet, usually when I take it to a car wash they cant get all the dog hair out. I had my car washed and detailed at the Blackstone location. The quality of the wash and the interior work was great! The person who detailed my car was named Alex. He was really respectful and courteous, and made sure I was satisfied and asked if there was anything else that I needed. As a customer I felt valued and will for sure remain a loyal customer! I had my mini van detailed here after my wife spilled some smelly soup in it and took it in to have the smell removed and have it detailed. I only had the inside done since it was an older van and they gave it back to where the inside looked brand new. The price was reasonable and the customer service was excellent. I took my car this morning for a complete clean up both internally and outside and I was told that they might have to keep it overnight as the fabric needs to dry up due to the stains. To my surprise I got my car by the end of the same day and the work done was absolutely fantastic which was done as if the car was in the showroom. I brought my Infinity in after being at the lake all summer. The paint was scratched and spotted with sap. There were pine needles, dirt and dog hair inside the car. It was a mess! I had the interior of my 2003 station wagon which I got as a graduation gift the carpet was horrendous, the seats were stained, overall it was an old car that was pretty filthy inside. I brought it in to get cleaned up and I was so happy to see the carpet looked like new the seats were clean not a single stain and the rest of the interior look amazing!!
