They cleaned the car well. They tried to address the other issue but it seems the issue may just be coincidence. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience and they agreed. I am happy with their efforts to attempt to resolve the problem. It does still stand that at least one of the problems was definitely directly caused by them. Issac Geron definitely knows what's he's doing when it comes to paint/body, and auto detailing. Take a look at the before and after pictures of my 2010 Lexus RX450H. I hated to even drive it before with all the oxidation on the hood. Now I can drive in style knowing my hood and entire car has been detailed by EXECUTIVE AUTO DETAILING. Another masterpiece by Executive Auto Detailing. First let me say I'm beyond satisfied with the work done here. I've been coming here since I moved to Fresno 15 years ago, and til this day I'm still trusting them with my cars. I usually owned black color cars and I'm very sensitive on who I commission to wax and polish them. Executive Auto Detailing always are professional and on point, I really needed the works on my wife car as it has not been waxed prior to COVID-19, and I was using the drive thru wash and it stripped the wax off and dulled really bad. Update I was personally contacted by the business owner after I left the original one star review. The message was sincere and explained some staffing challenges they have had recently. Updating from one to five stars for making it right. --- Original review for reference I was hoping this place would be a good fit since it is close to my workplace but the customer service over the phone was not good. I called to ask some simple questions and the woman who answered was short and rude with me. She just wanted to get me off the phone and kept talking over me in a condescending way. She explained that they don't give quotes over the phone, which is understandable. She said that I would have to come in to get a quote, also understandable. The conversation up to this point was rushed but really took a turn when I asked if they had time slots available next week for services as I don't want to make the trip there only to find they can't help me in the timeframe I need. She was just really rude and condescending about the situation. I felt the question was reasonable but she was scoffing and saying things like "It doesn't matter, we would just fit you in somewhere". I tried explaining that other places have no availability so that's why I was asking. She said "I don't know about other places but that's how we do it here. Bye" It's hard to describe the tone she used, but I don't feel they want my business at all. Will go elsewhere. read more

First off the good things, they did a fantastic job on my truck. It's looks great for the most part! The clay bar service was worth doing. Now the bad, there were parts and areas missed in the detailing. They do commercial businesses too also I felt less important. And I had several items stolen from my vehicle, I keep a tire inflator tool specific for my truck in the back door cubby along with an electric lighter, both were missing and I got a check for $20 to cover the expenses. Gotta keep businesses accountable for their actions and the actions of their employees. Edit: After a call from the owner trying to coerce me to change my rating I am lowering my rating. I bought my vehicle out of state and when I received it, it was FILTHY. I wanted something to protect the paint and keep it looking freshly waxed after every wash. Could not recommend this business more, we had a phenomenal experience with them! The whole team was extremely friendly, great customer service, and they are so talented. We needed detailing done on our car so took it in; it had so many scratches and scuffs on the outside, not to mention all the stains on the upholstery. Arrived for my appointment early but had to wait a few minutes past my appointment time (things happen). Met Gunner who was very friendly and apologized for the delay. Gave me a quote for the work requested after a walk around and said it would be done by 3pm same day. Car was finished by 240pm and besides a few of my unreasonable expectations the car looked great. My 2008 Tacoma roof and hood were in pretty badly in need of a repaint. Executive Auto and the family helped retire my Tacoma to close to brand new. The roof needed to be grinned and repaired due to rust, damage, etc. but they came through and fixed it right up. The hood looks amazing, way better than the chipping paint and metal showing. I brought over two cars to Executive Auto Detailing - one was only for the interior and the other was for both interior and exterior. Gunner gave me the lowest quotes of all the other detailing places I messaged, and he also stuck with the quotes (even though one car in particular required a lot of work). I dropped the cars off at 8:30 am on separate days and picked up both cars by 2:30/3 pm each day. I was thoroughly impressed with their work - they cleaned my car with such professionalism, and when I went to pick up my car, Gunner explained to me what his guys had done to my car, including tough spots that were more difficult to get out (water stains from a wet dog) and giving me a dog cover for the back seat. The other car of a family member that I brought in was probably in his list of 'worst cars' and he actually said to clean it right they would need to remove the whole seat and pressure wash it and dry it. I knew he was right, but it would have taken 3 days instead of 1, and it wasn't time that we had. So I was really just happy that he respected that wish and that he and his team tried his best to remove all the stains with a basic interior detail. Again, they went through the stains multiple times and just tried their best and it all really showed -- they completely turned the inside of that car car right side up and did an amazing job. Their location is kind of weird, and depending on your GPS, it might take you through the parking lot of a hotel to get there, but it is worth it. I would definitely recommend them - they have wonderful prices and great customer service! read more
