I understand you're not happy with my rating, but it's the true reflection of my experience when dealing with your business/personnel. Yes, you did reach out to try to remedy the situation, but as far as I'm concerned, this matter is closed. Second: There was *1* phone call made, not 2. Check your records again. For the sake of transparency and defending my word/reputation, let me clarify what happened. Using Yelp's built in vendor comparison tool, it chose *4* local businesses to contact for the work that I needed. You have to tell it exactly what you're looking for and it chooses the vendors based on it's own algorithms. So yours was picked as 1 of the 4. I had no say over that. Using that tool again, I contacted you thru chat and that's what you've posted here. Where things went south was during the 1 and only phone call made: I called and got "Isaac G." I introduced myself and the first thing he does is question my identity. Fair enough, my name @ Yelp is not my real name. I work in IT Security and as anyone with basic knowledge of the online world in today's day and age can tell you, it's always better to be anonymous online. This is not some outrageous thing to do. It's common practice for anyone who is even the least bit tech savvy. So, I briefly tried to explain this to him, but he couldn't get past it. So right away, the conversation was short and what I was saying was not being heard. The next point: I asked him a simple question. Since your business requires vehicles to be dropped off and left for hours, which is fine, would it be possible to get a ride back to my home during and picked back up after the work was completed. I informed him that I'm new to the area and live less than 5 minutes away. In reality, it's less than 3 minutes from your business. Pretty simple, right. Instead of saying that would not be possible or yes, he/someone there can do it just to go above and beyond for a paying customer, what does he do? Issac G. put it in terms of he/your establishment can't just go around providing "special accommodations" or "treatment". Helping people out like that was beyond him. I'm also a SMB owner, when I heard this, plus his condescending tone and attitude, that was it. You lost my business. At one point, he was even chuckling as I was trying to explain things. Now, I could've done the same and argued back and been difficult. Instead, I the customer, was professional with him, the vendor. This was a failure on his part leading to my rating. What I will do, since I know people make mistakes and that you are trying to correct things, is bump the rating up to 3 stars. I think that's more than generous. read more

Instead of indicating that I was expecting too much, he asked to keep the car to make it right for me. I picked up my car and it the work they did was beyond my expectations. From beginning to end my experience with Executive Auto was outstanding. I contacted them on Yelp and within minutes had a quote and appointment options. Bring the first business to get back to me and with a quote I booked my appointment. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready by 3pm. My car looked amazing. I had hard water spots that had been there for YEARS that they were able to remove them. I have a golden retriever who sheds really bad and there wasn't a hair left behind once they cleaned. I also had just normal wear and tear inside and outside and they were able to buff out a lot of the scratches and remove many of the stains inside. It really did look like a new car. Gunner was excellent when it came to my black 2017 Ford Explorer. Since my car is almost 5 years old it was a little more work. I park in my garage and my cats like to climb all over my car. I saw the reviews here before I came and got a quote on Yelp first. Thr reviews almost seemed too good to be true. I wasn't worried because I did not expect my car interior to be cleaned and look brand new. I just needed all the dust and wildfire smoke to be taken care of I did not expect stains from a cigarette smoker who previously owned the car to come out. My sedan is 11 years old. But the interior looks so much better it'd barely recognizable. It was a deep cleaning you probably will not get from most shops. Now that interior looks good I might need to go ahead and get the exterior rescued here at the same shop. read more
