Went in person as a walk in got a quote but they gave no follow up nor help in addressing a false status "non renewal " status based on a third party drone photo of our roof. Went to California Insurace Commision and after several phone calls. Emails and pictures. Insurance Company relented and removed their attempt to super surcharge premium on renewal. Fault was mis -interpreted photo drone took. Fraud action was by one of the insurance companies this agency represents. Local agent gave no assistance to resolve or recommend solution. These guys and gals are just paper workers loving auto renewals.

Pulled into their parking bay and took care of child seat inspection right away. They taught me how to install. Shoulder harness is pulled all out then in a few inches to hear click click sound confirming belt is in lock mode. So when belt is snaked through car seat and locked into latch opposite side then slowly release belt webbing until it is locked tight while you use your knee to sit on seat. Jiggle middle of car seat and should have no play exceeding 1 inch in either direction.
