WOW. My company decided to utilize this agency for ALL corporate travel and it proved a BIG…read moremistake. Perhaps for personal travel or if your company is quite small however, it seems their rates were not competitive and the customer service is at a minimum if it is there at all. SOOOO many instances I can give as example: booking a ticket requested for the day AFTER the requested departure date, requesting a ticket in a class that is LOWER than what was requested and not informing anyone of the change, EVERY hotel reservation seems to be booked non-refundable and they do not go out of their way to attempt to get the refund. NEVER calling or confirming hotels for late check in thus few lost quite a few reservations. Most recently a hotel was requested and STI booked them at approximately $1k a night, after independent research we were able to obtain a reservation at the same hotel for the same dates for less than HALF the price STI booked. STI then said "sorry, the reservation is non-refundable" when it was just booked maybe an hour prior. WOW - the gall of these people! They tried, I do want to say they tried but the entire company was left frustrated and they have since been removed from service. Since we are basically without any reviews of this company here is one from Yellow Pages:: " Don't do business with them. They seem to have only 2 sales representatives. I bought tickets with them once, and spent long time until I found a good deal. Although, when I got the tickets, I noticed the return hours were different than I had requested. Fortunately, they corrected the mistake, and I gave them credit for that. Thus, on my next trip I decided to buy the tickets from them again, and tried to reach out for the same agent. She was busy on the phone, and I was asked to leave my phone number to be contacted. One day later, I haven't heard from them; I called back a second time, agent was on the phone, she'd call me later, I was told. Another day passed by without hearing from them. I called again, the same representative who always answers the phone said that the other agent was on the phone, could I leave a message? I explained that I had left 2 messages before, and asked if someone else could help me. The representative said that she was also busy on the phone, but she'd give the message to the other agent to call me. At this point I decided to give up on them. Someone else may have better luck with this company, but they made me waste my time, and I felt extremely disrespected as a costumer."

I don't even know where to start…read more I recently returned from a 10 day Alaskan cruise aboard Norwegian's *Joy*, where I had the incredible privilege of staying in The Haven. This was my very first Norwegian cruise, as well as my first experience in a VIP area on any cruise ship. Because of that, I can't compare The Haven to other cruise lines or even to the standard Norwegian experience. I can only share what my family and I experienced, and it was exceptional. The Haven staff didn't just provide excellent service. They created an atmosphere that made our vacation feel effortless, relaxing, and genuinely special. Our incredible butler, Madé, anticipated our needs before we even realized we had them. Godé, our room steward, kept our suite immaculate and always greeted us with warmth and kindness. In the Observation Lounge, Joshua and Mary consistently went above and beyond with their friendly personalities and outstanding service. Caesar, the concierge, is absolutely in the right profession. Dare I say he was born to do this job. His professionalism, warmth, and ability to make every guest feel important were remarkable. Carlos was another outstanding concierge who helped make our experience seamless. At The Haven Restaurant, Jennyvieve and Serona were wonderful hosts who always welcomed us with genuine smiles. Ida provided impeccable service with incredible attention to detail. Manmit, the sommelier, created a memorable wine pairing experience that my family is still talking about. The bar staff, Rodney, Elmer, Robi, Ari, and Ragesh, were consistently friendly, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. Our dining experiences were made even more memorable by Catherine, Grace, Andrew, Tessa, Erona, and Amaresh. Every meal felt special because of their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuinely kind spirits. Outside of The Haven, we also had exceptional dining experiences at Le Bistro and Teppanyaki. The food was outstanding, but what truly elevated both restaurants was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, reinforcing the high standard of hospitality we experienced throughout the ship. Although The Haven offers a unique experience, we also thoroughly enjoyed everything the ship had to offer. The entertainment was fantastic, the games were fun, and I especially loved the painting sessions. We also had a great time exploring the onboard shops. One of the jewelry stores hosted a daily giveaway, gifting a free charm each day, which was such a fun touch and something we looked forward to throughout the cruise. It's those little extras that make a vacation even more memorable. And I absolutely cannot end this review without mentioning the "Washy Washy" team. If you've sailed Norwegian, you know exactly who I'm talking about! Their energy, smiles, and enthusiasm welcomed us into the buffet every day, and they deserve far more recognition than they probably receive. They work incredibly hard and brought a little extra joy to everyone's day. At the end of the cruise, what I'll remember most isn't the luxury, the beautiful scenery, or even the incredible food. It will be the people. Every one of these crew members helped create memories my family will treasure for years to come. Thank you, Norwegian, and especially the amazing crew of *Joy*, for making our Alaskan adventure one we'll never forget.

Three of our group of 9 had arranged reunions with their Swedish relations in Stockholm. No compensation was offered despite me writing a detailed letter and enclosing all the appropriate and relevant documentation. Very very poor customer service which resulted in all passengers being very upset. In addition, the ship was not kept clean, the cabins were often not cleaned properly and the food was substandard and the servings in the dining room were very small, and when we asked for an additional serving to the entree, we were told "no". Would I ever travel on NCL again? NO, NO, NO. I would too hard and paid good money for shoddy accomodations, food, and an itinerary that they did not honor. And on the return cruise I learned they cancelled multiple ports and gave the same reason...to me that is fraud, as NCL knew full well that they would be eliminating more ports of call yet did the next cruise anyway. Disgusting.

We traveled…read moreduring the month of February, so the weather was in the high 70s during the day and low 70s at night throughout our three-night stay. This ship is huge. The staff was phenomenal from the moment we stepped out of the Uber upon arrival to disembarkation. With baggage tags emailed well in advance, it was super simple to drop off our luggage and navigate our way onto the ship. Security and check-in were smooth. Our keys awaited us outside our room doors, and our luggage arrived within the hour. We quickly dropped off our carry-ons, completed the required safety briefing via the cruise line app, and headed to the Windjammer (buffet) to grab a bite to eat before the sail-away party. We did have the Deluxe Drink Package, which was a phenomenal deal given the length of our cruise and how active we intended to be. This package is wonderful because it includes all beverages from coffee to alcoholic drinks, fresh juices, smoothies, you name it. If I were to travel with this cruise line again, I would indulge in the Unlimited Dining Package as well. Meals in the main dining hall and some of the complimentary options were okay, but not always the best or my first choice. The main dining room took the cake on Italian night, and the buffet was a big hit for Caribbean night. The rooms were spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the bathroom shower. Our room attendant did a phenomenal job, ensuring that we stayed stocked with all of our necessities and even provided some specialty items since I was celebrating a birthday. The cruise ship itself seemed pretty clean. I did not detect any unusual odors or areas that were noticeably unmanaged or unkempt. Throughout the cruise, you could see various staff members attending to different areas, which was wonderful. I loved the "washy-washy" attendants as well, reminding everyone that it takes a village to keep us all healthy and safe. The activity itinerary on this cruise line is extensive. There is something to do from the minute you wake up until well past midnight each night. Many activities cater to adults-only options as well as family-friendly and teen options, so there is truly something for everyone. Although this is a mixed cruise, I did not feel as though children were falling all over me anywhere except the main hot tub and pool areas, which is where they obviously dominate, lol. However, this cruise line does offer adults-only sections within the Solarium, which provide a bit more privacy and comfort for adults looking for that. We purchased Hideaway Beach tickets to enjoy the adults-only section of Perfect Day at CocoCay. I would highly recommend it. There were wonderful swim-up bars, a great DJ with amazing energy, and nice buffet options as well. When we arrived in Nassau on our last day, we decided to remain on the boat since all of us had explored that port several times before. We thought it would be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some experiences that had previously been crowded. This was the perfect time to enjoy the spa and explore the remaining portions of the ship while taking advantage of a less crowded pool and hot tub area on the main decks to soak in the sun. Out of all the shows, we definitely enjoyed Intense the most, followed by 365 on Ice. The adult comedy show was super corny but a nice way to end our final evening before enjoying some cocktails and the silent toga party. We missed Battle of the Sexes/ Crazy Quest, but we heard phenomenal things and were surely bummed that we missed out. We spent a little time in the casino, where we won a bit on the slot machines, which was super fun. I loved the separate smoking and non-smoking room options. For a cruise line, the casino is quite extensive, which I also enjoyed. Disembarkation was super smooth. My only gripe was Uber's surge pricing, knowing so many people would be traveling from the port that day. I cannot wait for my next Royal Caribbean experience.

The Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to go on my next trip with RC.

The price was reasonable, the food was great, and there was plenty to enjoy throughout the cruise. The buffet in particular was better than I expected and had a nice variety of options. We opted to eat at the steakhouse a few times, as well as the sushi restaurant. We were happy that these options were available. There were a few hiccups. Margaritaville now charges purchases to your account throughout the cruise instead of waiting until the last day, and we had some issues with making payments on the account. My girlfriend's suitcase was also damaged during the cruise, which was frustrating. We also had a period where the air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly, and the room became extremely hot. Despite those issues, they didn't ruin the overall experience. We had a good time celebrating, and for the price, I think it's a solid cruise option. I'd definitely sail with Margaritaville at Sea again, I just want to try out some of their other ships next time!

If you're looking for a Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, or princess experience, this is not for you. It's an older ship but you can tell they've tried to make upgrades where possible. Give this ship a try! But go in knowing what it is and what it isn't!!! The Paradise is great for a cheap getaway. It's no frills but still nice for the price. They offer a lot of deals and specials for veterans, repeat customers, and casino players. The crew is amazing. Very hard working and friendly. Never saw anyone without a smile on their face. I booked a grand suite and it was very nice. Yes, it's showing its age but I'm more concerned about cleanliness. My cabin steward, Paul, did an excellent job. Loved the towel animals. It had a balcony but it's old so the wall is high. You can't see over the ledge if laying down on the sun lounger. It's a big balcony. My only complaint is it's not covered. I was out during the sail away party and the people in the pool deck were hanging their drinks over the railing. I was nervous someone could throw something and land on the me or the balcony. The suite has a separate living room and bedroom. Very nice size! The bathroom is big for a cruise ship - jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. The food isn't bad. I went to JWB Steakhouse one night. It's an extra fee to eat here. I don't think it's necessarily worth it but you get a lot of food. I ordered the ribeye. I like my steak rare and the meat cut is too thin to get it rare to my liking. The seasoning was good. You get an appetizer, soup or salad, entree, and dessert. The shrimp cocktail was good. I absolutely loved the onion soup. Steak was just ok. And I was too full for dessert. The buffet has a lot of good choices. I wish Cheeseburger in Paradise offered a turkey burger. Some things on the buffet are better than others. The reubens at the sandwich station are awesome. I got one with turkey and it was also delicious. Fins, the main dining room, is hit or miss for me. They post the nightly menus outside of the restaurant so you can pick and choose what nights you want to go by the choices. They don't switch up the menus so if you got often it's the same thing. The standouts for me were the hearts of palm appetizer and the curry shrimp entree. The mushroom rotini wasn't bad either. The sauce was thin. I thought the key lime sponge cake dessert was too sweet. Crazy sweet. Disembarkation was a cluster you know what as usual. Not a lot of direction - especially when people don't follow the order to get off! Suites are supposed to get priority after ADA but so many people clog the elevators and hallways. But you can technically be off the ship and in your car by 8:30/9 if all goes well. The casino has a decent variety of slots and tables. Free drinks while gambling but the servers tend to favor the tables. If you have the drink package, it's a quick walk to the bar to get your own. I had to do that several times. On each sailing, they have a veteran's ceremony. They recognize all the veterans on board and the cruise director speaks. It's very nice and one of the things that sets this ship apart from others. I know I'm missing stuff but my review is long enough!!!

We forgot our toothbrushes at home and instead of charging me for theirs at the shop, they brought me complimentary ones instead. Anything we needed, they were able to provide; like a working crib! (Most hotels have broken ones. - Place looked updated and modern on first appearance. Lobby looked great and spacious. - Breakfast was AMAZING. I was expecting your typical eggs, waffle, cereal, bagels, etc. For such a small looking area, they had a lot of good options. They had healthy options as well. They had more than 3 fruits, tortillas to build your own taco, chorizo, shredded white cheese, the apple and orange juice tasted natural and not super sugary and syrupy, and they had 3 types of muffins and yogurt. - Water was hot and didn't take a while to warm up - There's a basketball court and they will provide you the balls. - In the suites there is a full fridge, oven, and microwave CONS: - Our microwave turns on but didn't heat up. We had to use the stove - The breakfast area can get crowded pretty quick - Our room didn't look bad at all. But it didn't look impressive. I had certain expectations based on how the lobby looked and the rooms didn't meet those. I could just be picky though. - We were in room 318. The way that the room numbers are listed is confusing. 318 was not the room right after 317. You have to walk to a different part of the hallway to get to 318.
