This is my second time having Executive Green over to clean. Last summer they did a tremendous job on the light color carpet in the bedrooms and my area rug abused by 4 kids and 2 golden retrievers. Today they cleaned a yucky carpet and said area rug again, in addition to 3 bathrooms of floor tile/grout. Nothing short of MIRACULOUS! Carpet look, feels and smells great! To say EGCC cleaned my carpet is an understatement. They did an amazing job!!! Not only did my carpet have stains that were older than my youngest niece, it was discolored and winkled. I gave up on my carpet years ago when I decided to remove a small piece to expose the hardwood floors underneath. Needless to say, the flooring wasn't so great either and I quickly changed my mind about removing the carpet. My mother on the other hand did not give up on the carpet. She was offered a special deal from radio WGN 720 AM Chicago (the Mr. Fix It Show) to try EGCC. They were prompt and courteous. I couldn't tell if they cleaned the carpet or installed new carpet. I was very impressed with Executive Green. The online scheduling is fantastic. Ben and Scott were professional, timely and courteous. My family room carpeting does have wear and the pathways never really seem to get cleaned. The guys made the room sparkle. Yes, I still have worn pathways but they look so much better! The stain removal guide that was given to me helped me remove past stains in other rooms of my home. I will use Executive Green again, absolutely without question. read more

Absolutely the very best carpet cleaner in the area! Use to use Brouwer Bros, who are great, but Dave at Executive Carpet Cleaning out shines them 100% and is more economical. He has also told me what to do for spot removing that is unbelievable, cheap and works! For example, at Christmas we had the family over at my home, I have all white carpeting and just had Dave in to clean all my rooms for the holidays. Of course, a full glass of red wine was spilled. There were such "gasps" and everyone turned to look at my reaction. They were all amazed that I was extremely calm. I did what Dave had told me to do with his simple stain removing formula and the whole area (quite large) disappeared in front of their eyes. Everyone asked me to send this formula to them. It was the best Christmas gift I gave them! Dave is so knowledgeable, honest, professional, concerned and takes his time. I was referred to Executive Carpet Cleaning from a friend. We had a new furnace installed and to our surprise when they removed it OUT came all this soot on WHITE carpet... I was so upset and Dave said let me see what I can do. WELL, he did above and beyond, not only did it come out it hasn't come back.. Poor guy was covered in sweat but he did an amazing job.
