Detail Cleaning M&M is the real deal, the total package of excellent communication and thorough cleaning. We have the crew come every 4 weeks and we clean in between. My house has never been so clean! I wish our budget allowed for them to come more often. Michelle, the owner, is very professional and responsive, and Carissa, the crew leader, takes great pride in her work and makes sure everything is squeaky clean and just perfect. Besides being on time, he removes his shoes & lays down tarps to protect wood or ceramic floors. He is the only service I found that vacuums the rugs & doesn't charge for pre-treating areas. He was able to come the same day to fix the vent. From beginning to end they were very professional, personable, neat and efficient. Art showed me the blanket of lint inside my dryer and the poor dead bird that apparently had gotten stuck in the duct.
