Action Cleaning Systems is not at all what it claims to be. I had the carpet in my bedrooms…read morecleaned, an oriental runner, an oriental area rug, and the kitchen/foyer grout cleaned and sealed. Steve and his son Steve came out to to the job. The grout looked fine, but 2 of the 3 bedrooms looked horrible - dark dirty shadows similar to the shape of the steamer were left on my carpets. My runner doesn't look as if it was cleaned at all, and my area rug still had its stains in it as well as dirty spots - still looked as if it needed a good wash. I called Steve to come back out and look at the carpets and the oriental rugs. The bedroom carpets he agreed with and could not understand how that could have happened; he said he would come back out and do them again. When I showed him the runner and the area rug, he showed no desire to rectify the situation even after showing him specific areas on the rug. When he refused to take the area rug out again to re-clean it, I offered to have it cleaned when he comes back to redo the bedrooms; he resisted that idea as well. I explained to him that my rugs don't look clean, not to me, not to my family, and not to my cleaning ladies. I'm not a difficult customer, I paid a whole lot of money in CASH for clean carpets and my carpets do not look like they have been cleaned. I am so so disappointed with Action Cleaning Systems and I feel like I was scammed. The website is extremely misleading, and Steve as a proud owner had no desire to clean even what his own eyes saw. Talking to Steve and showing him specific troubled areas, I found Steve to be in a very depressing mood and this made it even more difficult to continue talking to him. At that point, I asked him to leave my house and walked him to the door. I definitely DO NOT recommend Action Cleaning Systems to clean your carpets.

The stars are for the great customer service, however, the cleaning people except one was not good…read more The first time I hired Kleanguru was to clean out my rental and told them it was a move out cleaning and there was only two bathrooms to clean plus a small kitchen and mop floors (only entry and going to laundry room and the kitchen) a very small space. I told them the place was just painted so no dusting required and carpet was cleaned professionally and that didn't need vacuuming either. The job was supposed to take 3-4 hours but it needed an additional hour to hour and half for her to finish everything. I will say the cleaner was a nice lady and didn't speak English well but funny how they understood some things and not the others! After almost 5 1/2 hours the place was still not cleaned thoroughly as you would do a move out! I let the customer service know and they sent a very capable lady to finish the mopping and cleaning of the inside of the cabinets that the first cleaning lady was supposed to do! The last lady did a good job and left very fast. So, I decided to give Kleanguru another chance to come and clean my house and specifically asked for the lady that came last as she spoke English and was fast and through. I was told she's not available and they sent another lady that didn't speak English either and kept using her phone to translate which was absolutely fine. Again this job was supposed to be 4 hours as there are 2 1/2 bathroom and a kitchen and I wanted the lady to dust everywhere and mop as I have allergies and it's a must. My house is always tidy and clean (just need the deep clean every few months)! Even when we were touring the place she said "it's so clean"! I told her I expected her to clean the first floor for a few hours. And then maybe one to one and half hours upstairs and the basement just needed vacuuming. I assumed she understood as I translated it for her. She started in the kitchen and was talking on her phone a good while. She was there for almost an hour and it's a small kitchen so I excepted to be perfect. However, she didn't even clean under the toaster and other few small appliances as there was crumb there. She didn't even clean the sink well as I had to re-do it myself. She spend another hour or so and then went upstairs and there's a small full bath that she really didn't do anything to except push dirt around as they would say. She didn't even vacuum well. She came to me and said she has only 10 minutes left of the 4 hours and what I wanted to do and I told her to go to the basement and just vacuum that's all. She was there a few minutes and didn't even vacuum the area as you walk in since there was a cobweb I had left to see if she will clean it up. She didn't! She was on her phone constantly. She left and I paid the company directly and when asked I told them she didn't really clean well. I was told that 4 hours was not enough time and they needed another half to one hour more. I sent pictures of the items I mentioned above that wasn't cleaned and they didn't respond. Basically hopefully it'll be better next time with more hours added! Unfortunately, when you deal with such companies and they make money off of their crew, they always find a way to add more hours so they make more money. None of the cleaning people did a good job except the one.

Chuck was on time, explained his methods, pointed out some areas before starting that appears to have been bleached due to some drops f cleaning products. He pointed them out before starting to letus know these were already there and nothing he could do about them. Very professional, set expectations, even cleaned a couple of cloth bar stools we asked him to try cleaning. He didn 't charge for those because he wasn't sure how effective he could be. We added a nice tip for the gesture, and, by the way, the stools were in fact cleaner than they were. Totally recommend this business for your carpet and upholtery cleaning needs. You can't beat service like this.
