Unfortunately, no one showed up on the day of the wedding. After repeatedly calling to figure out what was going on, we were eventually told that our driver had forgotten about us and would be more than 40 minutes late. At that point, we had no choice but to cancel and scramble for another way to get to the ceremony. Instead of arriving in the transportation we carefully planned and paid for, I ended up squeezing my wedding dress into a friend's pickup truck just to make it there on time. I understand that mistakes can happen, but forgetting a couple on their wedding day is unacceptable. I would not trust this company for an important event.
