I recently traveled to KS for a work conference and almost 50 of us were shuttled to our hotel 30-40 minutes away. Dean, the driver, was GREAT! So jolly and he was like a tour guide - pointing out things as we passed. Executive limousines provided party buses to a banquet dinner for us. We booked a two way trip and we were at the airport for 9 hours before they canceled our flight. We booked another flight but we were stuck in San Francisco for additional 2 days which meant we wouldn't be landing in KC 12:03 AM on Christmas. I'd called Executive and they refused to pick us up. Yes. We were aware it was Christmas but it we had a -30° wind chill and light jackets. What were we supposed to do? Walk home? If we had someone to pick us up, we wouldn't need to find a service. They gave me the name of someone who never called me back. When I talked to the guy at Executive limo, he told me he'd not charge me. I assumed he was doing the right thing since they refused to pick us up so they'd comp the ride to the airport. Oh no!!! He was telling me he wouldn't charge me for the ride home WE DIDN'T GET!! Why would anyone, with a lick of sense tell us, after they let us stranded, they wouldn't charge us for a ride they refused to provide?? He said this like he was doing us this huge favor. It was unbelievable! When it comes to airline reservations, we need a limo service we can count on. The last thing we can afford, especially when something happens that's completely out of our control, is to have a limo service that leaves us stranded and we can't depend on. If there was anything good that came from this experience, it was finding 1st Shuttle limo service at the last minute, a service who assured us we'd have a ride. We'd got a text with the drivers picture and he was there after midnight on Christmas, waiting for us. He was wonderful! We got our bags and he drove us home. 1stShuttle is the best service to get to/from the airport or other place or event. This isn't a shuttle that picks various people up on the way to the airport. It is a limo service but it can accommodate a family because of its size They had water bottles for us and they're considerably less expensive than Executive. If it's more important that one's ride to the airport is in a Lincoln, go ahead, roll the dice and take your chance with Executive. If you're okay with a spacious minivan with leather seats, room for luggage, the knowledge that they will be there for you 24/7, 365 days/year and you'll be paying significantly less, I highly recommend 1st Shuttle. We've let a lot of people know that this was the only limo service we can depend on. Call or text 816-868-0202 be assured that they'll be there. I wish I'd known about them earlier. Rented a small black bus for our daughters Sweet Sixteen. The driver was patient and wonderful. We had a belly dancing themed party and the girls were pretty excitable by the time the driver arrived to take on our 45 mt. Drive to Tasso's. The girls sang all the way there and chatted eagerly but the driver was steadfast and professional. It also dad, our friends and myself an opportunity to have a drink with dinner and know we would have a designated driver. Great feeling and well worth the $$ read more

I planned a trip to Kansas City to meet a friend so that we could attend a concert together, and decided to surprise her by hiring a limousine service for our ground transportation Executive Limousines had very fair pricing, and making my reservation over the phone was a very pleasant experience. Both my friend and I were flying on the same airline from different parts of the country, and our flights were scheduled to arrive within one minute of each other. Unfortunately, my friend's flight was twenty minutes early and mine was an hour late! Our driver (Rick) waited with my friend for my flight to arrive. He made the wait a very pleasant one, and my friend felt very secure waiting in an almost deserted terminal. I will definitely use this company any time I am in Kansas City and need such a service. I contacted at least 10 other companies for quotes, and decided to go with Executive. It's scary booking out of state, but everything was top notch with Executive Limousines. I received an email confirmation right after booking. I called the day before because the weather was supposed to be bad, and the gentleman said they would still be there to pick us up. When we landed I received a text letting me know the driver's name & phone number and that he was on site. Doug was waiting for us right after we deplaned, helped us load our luggage, and drove us safely in the snow to our hotel. Having the shuttle made us all feel safer, and we were so much better off than those that were trying to find Ubers. We will definitely use this company again! read more

Everything you want a limousine/bus service to be. On-time, professional, courteous, flexible, and friendly. We had a two-day trip to KC for 50 people and the drivers were always on time and generally great. They even met me at the airport (before baggage claim!) to help get us on the bus.
