In my experience, there should be 3 things to go by when reviewing a party rental place: 1-Quality of tables and chairs rented. 2-Professionalism of the people renting you. 3-Prices. On all 3 this party equipment rental gets a thumbs up. I had a party planned for my mother and I had family members visiting us from Colorado and Mexico, so in total, we were about 40 people. Needless to say, I was going to need chairs for them to sit on and tables for them to eat. My cousin that saw this place in yelp told me about the rental service. The guy in charge gave me a good price for the tables and chairs (I compared prices from different places locally) and he had the best price (not sure if I got a deal or what). The guy was here when agreed to and moved everything where we told them to (I've rented from another place before and they just dumped the chairs and tables in my front yard). Best of all, and I don't know if it is because it's new, but the tables and chairs were brand new. The last time I rented from another place the tables were scratched all over. I'm not sure if these reviews on Executive Party Rentals are fake or bought but I can assure you my review is real & true. I originally requested a quote for 4 tables, 10 x 30 canopy & some chairs for a party I was having this month. I immediately got back a response but was set back by him requesting cash. On his business info, it clearly states he accepts credit cards. That was RED FLAG #1 After thinking about it, I decided I didn't want a canopy and changed my number of tables from 4 to 3. I asked to please call since I had a few more questions. There's something very wrong when a company refuses to verbally speak to a potential customer and instead utilizing their texting techniques, RED FLAG #2! I find this totally unprofessional and suspicious. I questioned if he had a brick & mortar store that I could see what my choices were, or if he was strictly an internet service. He never answered that question nor did he ever get back to me on the items I decided I wanted to rent. This post is LONG overdue! We have rented from Executive Party Rentals for various functions (family and business). Let me start with our initial impression of Alex. He went out of his way to come check out our place to see what we needed (no commitment). So different from others I have called (won't mention any names). The quote he gave us was clear with no hidden cost and reasonable. Pretty good start right! Our first event with him was a baptism and since then we have had him back multiple times. He always delivers on time and picks up on time. He lets us know when he's on his way to deliver as well as when he is on his way to pick up. Every time he comes over he is professional and polite.
