Update: I got a response below from the business. While I don't expect them to move their schedule around, I don't expect no response either. If my contact info was given too late, they should have responded then that they would not be able to come out, not completely ignore me. Twice this has happened and not taking any responsibility is not acceptable either. The one star is for customer service. I initially called for price quotes and to set an appointment up for someone to come and look at our yard and if we were able to do a tent (we have a wire that runs down in the middle and a tree) or if we could do an alternative. The gentleman I spoke with was nice and took my number down to have someone call me and set up an appointment. A weekend and few business days later and no one called me. I understand that maybe they may have gotten busy so I messaged them and they apologized and set something up, stating they will send someone on Monday. Perfect, I send them my address and number and a few days go by and the weekend and no confirmation. I messaged them on Monday and they saw the message (IG) and didn't respond back. I called and left a message and nothing. So this was twice they left me waiting and I just think if a business does not want your money then they can at least notify they are not interested so one can make other arrangements. I ordered chairs and tables for my graduation party, and I was satisfied with what I got. Their chairs and tables were just as advertised and none of them were broken. However, I ordered the white chairs and I got tan chairs but that didn't bother me too much, considering their very low prices and the fact that I didn't really have a color theme. My complaints are as follows: - They were about an hour and a half late in delivering the chairs and tables, which was cutting it really close to my party. However, they didn't lag to pick them up early the next morning. - They delivered ten chairs less than what I ordered. They came back within half an hour with the ten chairs, but they were already late in delivering to begin with, so that bothered me even more. read more

I contacted them back in November for a after wedding party to be held mid December. At that time our weather here was pretty worrisome rain quite cool in the evening. So I decided I wanted to tent in my front and in my back in addition to tables chairs and linens. So of course California weather the week before the wedding and the week of the wedding was pretty clear and it was suggested to me to save the money and not get the tenting so I called them the Tuesday of the week for the party and canceled the tenting no problem. The wedding was out of town so we returned the morning of the day of the party and it was raining. I called him immediately to see if they could come back and do the tenting and unfortunately they had another commitment and could not get there but offered to call me when they were done with that commitment to see if I still wanted it. They contacted me at 3 o'clock but by then the weather did change and it ended up being a beautiful day and a beautiful evening their tables and chairs and linens work perfectly and all was good. I do want to thank Ernesto, Walter and the young lady at the counter that helped me and they were awesome I will definitely be using Silverios again. read more

I'm giving this company a 3 this time, and I've used it before once but then again it may be the " other" Silverio's that pops up on the search, but this time around, they showed up unannounced a day early and began setting up and didn't call me til after they started. Since they didn't know where and how i wanted my tents, I had to struggle and move it myself with my parents after the fact. Also, the ceiling light they provide with the tent was not functional and did not even test it and I had to find out the hard way that I had no light. I called and later on did have it replaced. But I mean, why would you give me a broken light and pretend like it works and leave me to my luck to figure it out? Also, at time of pick up they said they would call me to let me know whether they would pick up on Xmas day or the next day ( since my event was Xmas eve) and next thing i know , they show up again unannounced on Xmas morning and I had not even removed my decorations, so I had to rush to remove my equipment. Communication was absolutely horrible and I am not sure I will use again due to the way it was all handled. I will make sure to try the "other " Silverio's first next time. read more

I was able to get an instant quote from Silverios, after which i spoke to them over the phone and met them at their shop the following day. The supplies arrived on time in very good condition. The price was just right too considering other vendors quoted way more for the same supplies.
