Ryan I'm sorry but no one contacted me. When I initially called to make an appointment that Tuesday who ever answered the 2067 number hung up on me. I called twice but it kept going directly to their voicemail. So I used my coworker's cell phone and I was able to get in contact with someone. They told me they have issues with certain cellular carriers not being able to get in contact with him. Well if that's the case and it's known issue that should be a priority to make sure customers or potential customers be able to get in contact with your business. The same day I received a text message invoice for Friday. The next day I got a call on my cell phone from your business asking if Thursday was good day because someone canceled and I said no because would be at work. That Friday I got a call stating that you will be there and as I stated previously it was a no show. I texted the phone number 2067 three times from 9am and my last text was at 12:32 pm how upset I was. I made numerous calls from my house and cell number to get a status. As usual it went to the voicemail. Again no attempts on your part to make contact explaining the no show plus if you saw numerous calls from a number via voice call and texts there should been some form to return it. I'm a recent transplant from Southern California to New Orleans and I'm a car guy. When I moved out here to New Orleans, I sold the sporty coupe that would have been destroyed by the lousy streets here, but I kept the '99 Ford Ranger pickup that I bought new, 24 years and 341,000 miles ago. I would take the truck to NOLA with me. California cars are prized because they're generally in good shape, and my truck is no exception. Since new, it has not been through a mechanical carwash. Its always been handwashed and professionally detailed 2x a year. Aside from the last couple of years, it's been in covered parking. The truck is black with chrome wheels and trim - it cleans up beautifully. But the last 12-15 months it hadn't been detailed at all. California was inundated with rain and the truck was outdoors. I was embarrassed by the oxidation. I told John everything and I ordered the CEO package. John, Brian and Kino (sp?) spent 3+ hours transforming my baby back to nearly new. I am thrilled and will have them back for regular washes and a full detail in 6 months. I highly recommend these guys! read more

Yesterday I received the president package on my vehicle. I haven't received a detail in over 3 years, my vehicle came out looking brand new! Brianquis and his worker were efficient, knowledgeable and informative about all of my concerns I had with the package. (Has minor stains on the passenger side carpet) cracking in my driver seat leather and heavy build up of dirt on the interior. Whatever chemical they used on my sears came out amazing. They also put a leather conditioner to help prevent future cracking and removed the stains I was concerned about. I did not take any before & after pictures but I plan on using their regular maintenance package to keep my car in top shape after my detail. I chose the $145.00 package because it was within my budget and described most of the areas of concern. This review is delayed. Had them work on a car of mine awhile back. Very disappointed. I could have driving my car thru the Shell station car wash and gotten a better result for a fraction of the price. The people who complain about a lack of time management are also correct. He showed up to my house late and kept making up excuses and placing the blame on other people. No accountability. I feel as if the company has people leaving false positive reviews. Either having girlfriend or friends leaving positive reviews in order to bolster their rating. Very shady business practice. Part of the reason I waited a bit to leave the review is because I was worried leaving a negative review with this guy knowing where I live, he seems like the type to get mad and show up on my front porch. I paid for the $150 wash and wax today. Executive Auto did a fantastic job! I was so pleased with the professionalism towards myself and particular attention to detail they paid to my vehicle. Literally every inch of my car looks phenomenal. I would recommend this company over any other company, any day of the week. So much better for your vehicle, also. Going to a $10 dollar car wash destroys your vehicle and leaves scratches and swirl marks everywhere. You're an idiot if you think spending the money on a company like this is not worth it. Executive Auto Detail is by far the best and highest quality detailing service in town. If you are looking for a premium detail that is done right then Executive is right for you. They can do almost anything including pressure washing your home, emblem swaps, paint restoration, buffing and waxing, and work light installations. Last week the Crew came to my job within hours of contacting them about a mildew/mold issue in my back seat. John Offered a steam clean and deodorizer which fixed problem and even made my car smell fresh and clean! Other companies wanted to charge me more than what was in my budget. Executive's price was more than fair considering what went on in my vehicle. I have a 2011 Madza 3 and they did a excellent job with my car! I had a gift certificate that I had received as a gift. they treated me as if I was a full paying customer. I was concerned about putting a buffer on my car since it was the first time it was waxed since purchased, it took them about 2 hours and came out excellent. I received a 6 month protection wax which still has my car looking like it rolled off the showroom floor. I most defiantly will be using this detail service in the future. -Seth L read more

They fit me in on the same day. I am a driver and all of my passengers complemented me on how clean and fresh my truck was. They also got into all of the nooks and crannies that other detailing companies left uncleaned. They came to my home in St. Rose at no additional charge when other companies wanted to charge an additional $20 or more for travel time. Fast, efficient, and pleasant! I had a gallon of milk spill in my backseat. Nothing like the heat and humidity to make that smell set in. These guys came out, and in less than an hour my car's interior looked and smelled like new. I'd recommend them any time.
