I showed her a picture of what I wanted and explained I wanted to keep the length in my hair while I was well aware my ends were not healthy. She was very careful to cut only what needed to be cut. And, she and everyone there were great to even chat with while everything was being done. They have a great environment with a light, uplifting atmosphere. I chanced upon Rosana when I was helping a friend on the Big Island. My friend was due at any time and Rosanna not only squeezed me in but unbeknownst to me, came in on her day off to do my hair. I love stylists who can create and do something fun and beautiful. A random stranger complimented my hair afterwards that day and said how it reminded him of Pele and the volcanos. It reminds me of the Hawaiian sunsets. Other than the grays that have grown in, the colors have faded to a very nice caramel highlight throughout, and I haven't found someone that could follow Rosana's beautiful creation so I've only touched up the roots.
